Bella Villa Motor Inn

It was very central to everything and easy to access. The owner was very personable and a very welcoming person he came around and personally handed us the keys to the room and said hello very nice touch to a very pleasant stay.

This is not so much a dislike but a constructive feedback... Put corresponding room numbers to the car parks as our car space outside our room was gone when we returned and perhaps if the hotel had car spaces numbered corresponding to each room would help

Location...We were visiting Forster for a tennis tournament , the motel was walking distance to the courts.

Tidy and convenient Very clean in all areasGreat tv range and internetLovely clean towels

My door lock ha issues and hard to open them won’t lock properly. Refilling of coffee milk didn’t happen .no soap etc on first night . We hd 2 rooms but some nights couldn’t get a parking spot

This was a great location and price for our weekend away. The room was clean, tidy, the bed was comfortable, and room a good size. The accommodation was central to and in easy walking distance to the water, shops, a variety of restaurants and cafes to enjoy a nice relaxing meal. It was great having a pool for a quick dip after a day out. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was to our liking and met our needs.

Good central location (we had stayed there previously), rooms were clean and met our expectations. Owner offered good advice for eating out.

shower curtain instead of a screen; TV could have been larger.

A little dated .. but comfortable and clean .. great location

We have stayed before the location is excellent it is a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the main beach. You are also right near the river as well. The staff are always helpful, friendly and lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable and slightly bigger than some others.

The property owner was very friendly

The essentials were provided very less e.g., Soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided only 1 each. Milk was not provided sufficiently for a room of 3 there were small milk cups 8 cups less than 50 ml was provided for coffee.

Power board hanging from tv which was located above the single bed was a danger especially with young children. Shower could not regulate correctly and pressure very low

Great location, tidy interior, easy check in/out. Bathroom slightly outdated. Slightly overpriced but normal for the area

Tv channel 7 did not work. webs hanging from ceiling over bed. Reception was only interested in telling you not to use booking.com you should ring direct to motel as money goes overseas. special request not acted upon.

Location, walking distance to Club and shopping

The room was not serviced on the first morning. We were told because we didn’t ask, they don’t service the room or replace tea & coffee or toiletries. It was partially serviced on the second day after we complained but the bed was not made and fully service on the third day.

Great location, nice rooms and friendly staff.

A small cooktop would be beneficial in the kitchen.

The motel is in a quiet street yet still just a short walk to Forster beach, and the centre of town. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space to store my luggage, also ample room in the wardrobe to hang my clothes. Blockout curtains were appreciated and also the size of the TV was good. The kitchenette was suitable for preparing light meals. I was able to park very close to my room.

The table was ample in size, however the chair seats were a bit damaged, perhaps time for renewal?Whatever cleaning product was used on the entrance tiles and the tiles in the kitchen made the tiles feel slippery. The drawers in the room all should have been wiped clean. I stayed 5 nights so I cleaned the few drawers that I wanted to use.

Good Location Swimming Pool Easy check in and out

Need to new clean dishes

Not much.

No book in our room to tell us about the cleaning of our room, daily, or otherwise. No teaspoons in our room we were forced to use a large dessert spoon. There were ants in the kitchen getting onto the bench where we made or kept food. The maid did NOT clean our room, take out the garbage or even replace used towels or linen. On our 2nd day I asked her to clean our room. There was a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Only one wine glass available.

Great location Very clean and friendly staff.

Fan didn’t work in room but air con was as goodSmoke detector was above bed and linked all night

Big smart tv. Close to hotel pub. Quiet spot off main road

Room options through booking site need a rework. Maybe have price variation for ground floor and first floor rooms to avoid missed requests

Pleasant

The room had a terrible smell. We realised later in the evening that the bin hasn’t been emptied for what smelled like days. No where to hang wet towels, swimmers etc. everything stays wet.

Close to everythingVery clean comfortable bed

Shower wasn't the best
