The pictures of the rooms are accurate and they present well, but the acoustic and service issues trump everything.

There is zero acoustic separation between rooms with paper thin walls and floors. Unless you have an extremely high tolerance to noise, do not stay here. Even with noise cancelling headphones the noise from all sides was unbearable.The office opening hours are very limited and they use a call centre for 'out of hours' service. The guy I spoke to was rude and knew nothing about the hotel. I ended up moving to a different hotel and they have refused to give me even a partial refund. The 'Guest Service Officer' actually just put the phone down on me as I was explaining why a refund is fair.What a joke of a hotel, avoid at all costs.

Location was amazing

All the noise from the upstairs apartments wooden floor we could hear the stomping on the floor it was very loud and hard to sleep

An old motel but clean and tidy. Very handy to the beach, restaurants and shops.Well worth the money.Would stay there again.

The location is great, handy to everything. The room is spacious and it;s tidy and clean.

The noise from upstairs are too loud and not bearable.

The room was nice and spacious and close to town and the local swimming pool.

On the balcony, there were ashtrays full of cigarette butts and empty cans.It would be good if the cleaner removed rubbish from the bal only before the next guests.

Shower curtains were mouldy, if there are guests upstairs you will hear every step they take through the wooden floors which will keep you up at night

Room layout was weird. Air conditioner was weak. It was also really more like an airbnb than a motel. I mean, if I want to wrestle with a lock box for a key without any human hospitality or service, I can just use airbnb!

Fan light is broken, floor extremely slippery, sand all over floor & we never to beachStaff could not advise locations or recommend places to eat. Asked for a local map, didn’t have one & didn’t know where to get one from.Pool has no privacy with all rooms plus property next door overlooking Walk ways are narrow, hard to get past other guests sitting outside there room/s. Guests upstairs sounded like elephants & conversation/voices could be heard.

Close your town and beach, good room and comfy bed. Only a quick overnight stay.
