How close it was to Forster shops,pub,restaurants and main beach

Just found lounge a little uncomfortable and a silly thing the little packets of biscuits was stale.

Location was great, apartment was great with great facilities and deck area

The fan in the main bedroom would not turn on which made the room very hot as the aircon in the lounge room isn’t big enough to cool the whole apartment. We ended up moving the mattress’s onto the lounge room floor because it was unbearable to sleep in the bed rooms.Disappointing because after looking at other reviews a lot of other people have made the same complaint. Contacted the host and got a couple of replies but with no real help or solution.Also the shower drain seemed blocked and didn’t drain properly as well as the bathroom not being cleaned properly, hair and dust on the floor and skirting boards.

Awkward unit. Bed and couch are so uncomfortable. Bed is only a double size. Just missing a lot of small things that would make it better and more practical. Ideas would be small side tables in lounge room, a curtain in the bathroom as late afternoon sun made it like a sauna and to open the window exposes you to the car park next door, power points on both sides of bed, a small chest of drawers in the wardrobe or second bedroom (couldn’t unpack fully as there was only hangers), a shower caddy (not even a soap holder in the shower). It’s the attention to details that makes accommodation great. This was lacking.

The Apartment was clean and close to local businesses and the beach. Easy non contact check-in. It was lovely having a balcony to sit on and relax.Great size television with streaming options. We only had one night booked so did not use any kitchen facilities.

The shower did not drain and therefore had to stand in previous water waste to shower. It had a massive hob which was probably due to previous drainage issues. Lucky we were all family members.Issue reported at checkout.Beds comfortable but squeaky. The lounge was difficult to sit on as it sloped forwards. However it was comfortable enough to sit and watch a movie.

The location of the property is very close to town centre and the beach. The apartment has a nice size balcony and living room area.

To access the second bedroom, you need to walk through the first bedroom and also the toilet is located off the first bedroom which is not ideal. The main issue I had with the property was how dirty it was. The couches indoor and outdoor are filthily and the rug inside was covered in brown stains. The cutlery and dishes provided were also dirty. It’s a real shame as this apartment has great potential but needs a real deep clean. The beds are also very uncomfortable and the fan in the main bedroom didn’t work.

The location is great walking distance to everything in Forster. The apartment is set up well and very spacious.

It actually wasn't clear in the listing that this was an old motel room converted. It made checking in very confusing because on the check in instructions it doesn't say that it's a motel or what room you are in. So on arrival I was just lucky there was a staff member around as the front office was closed with no on to ask where to go.Also the room really needs a deep clean. The windowsills were very dusty and moldy. It needs a good dust and thorough clean not just a touch up from guests leaving.

We were very pleased indeed when we saw the fabulous apartment. The well sized rooms, plus a very large veranda, which had a lounge setting and tables. The locations was right in the centre of town. But surprisingly quiet.

Uncomfortable bed and couch

It was very spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was well communicated. We loved the outside seating/balcony area.

The bathroom could do with a little tidy up. The toilet seat was loose and the fan very noisy.
