spacious open room. clean and pool was literally outside the room. so close to shops, cafes and beach

The bed rolled everywhere. felt it was unsafe. was getting into bed and it rolled away causing me to loose balance.

Great location, very close to main street. Very clean and roomy, had a very nice atmosphere.

The TV situation. We stayed twice in 2 weeks and in neither room could we access free to air TV.

I booked the room online it had a picture of spa it wasn’t I in room on arrival not enough car parks people in other rooms yelling all night we were on bottom floor and when people walked above us we were woken up from the creaking and hot water hard to control

Booked 4-30pm on a Saturday which was apparently out of hours so when we arrived on Sunday afternoon we didn’t have the information needed to access the key safe. A phone call had it sorted in 20 minutes but a booking online 24 hours earlier should have resulted in easier entry system.

A very comfortable place to stay. The rooms are very nice. The bed ok. However, if something goes wrong there is no one around. Many first time stayers did not understand how to get into their rooms. Our TV didn't work and no one to help.

No one available who can actually help. Someone other than another guest to inform other customers how to get into their rooms. Or a better explanation to customers of what to do in emails.

The location was very good, very near Foster shopping streets. There were restaurants close by. The staff were friendly..

There was no free to air TV and we do not have a pay TV account which is what is needed to access TV. I think all motels should have at least free to air TV.The unit was noisy, we could hear the people above us walking around. Also when people had their showers, it sounded like the shower was in our room. We were very disappointed with this property.

Great location, close to the beaches

The soundproofing in the room is terrible; every step the person living one floor above me takes feels like an earthquake. The whole ceiling shakes, waking me up at 1 AM and 7 AM.I can't get back to sleep for the next 30 minutes to an hour as the person continues walking.

Pretty much everything ! It had a lovely appearance & feel .Had everything to make a great stay & was super comfy

Only a personal thing is I would prefer an actual bedside table ,with a drawer , but that is not a big deal as there were bedside stools

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located at a very reasonable price. I would definately come back.

The location was good and the room was okay

There was no hot water. They never cleaned the room and we had to use the same dirty towels for days. I did ask for fresh towels more tea., milk They said they will put a note on the system, but they didn’t came to the room. The booklet in our room said they clean your room if you put the sign on your door. We didn’t have a sign. We were on the bottom level and honestly the person who was above us must walk like an elephant. Every night around 9pm they would be thumping and every morning at 6am. The floors must be very thin.

We were on the ground floor and bathroom overhead was extremely noisy when shower and toilet in use and people walking overhead

Very central location. Large, well appointed main room. Bed was very comfortable but small. Main room was very clean.

Asking for pre-registration is ok; what is not ok is to ask for drivers licence and credit card to be uploaded to a website. This was done after the cancellation time had elapsed or I would have cancelled the booking. Walls are super thin and someone in the complex was suffering from the flu and we heard every cough and every bout of diarrhoea...all night. Bathroom is very small and definitely only 1 person at a time. Bathroom is old and shower is mouldy.

The renovations and updated decor were really nice. There was a nice amount of space in the room. The location was best in town.

Didnt get much sleep due to the visitors upstairs walking around at night. The upstairs floorboards felt like they were just above my head and every footstep boomed through our unit. There was an unacceptable amount of mould in the grout in the shower. The excessive online form requirements prior to stay. That is why I use Booking.com so that all my details are available on the one platform. This was really annoying, I nearly booked another place instead of filling it out.

Lovely apartment style, very clean and comfortable

We stayed here before and loved the spaciousness and how central it was. It is very comfortable and has everything we need.

We were very disappointed and didn’t find as clean as our previous visit. We could see that the floor were dirty and the shower had mould. I’m very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and found it very disappointing this time.

It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was walking distance to the shops, restaurants and cafes. This motel is highly recommended and we would stay here again.

We could hear people walking around upstairs.

Location was great for us, as we were passing through. Access to property and communciation went without any problems, the property was immaculate, and we were impressed with how quiet it was.

For what we needed, nothing.
