Like t he shower and over all its clean and tidy.Want to stay again.

Bed cover not changed I believe. Before using, stain and hair was seen.

Large, spacious room with a comfortable bed, close to the beach and shops.

Perfect value for money. It met my needs and exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful. I was given information ahead of time on how to get into my room if I arrived late, my room was ready early, and I was able to have a later check out so that I could conduct and online business meeting. I will be back .

Efficiency of checkin and checkout without human interaction. Space in room was great. Bed was super comfy. Google TV was great allowing us to connect our own apps. Close to beach and Wallis Creek and quality restaurants.

Location was great, check in and checkout was easy.

The room needs a good deep clean, including the fans which were covered in dust. Shower curtain was grotty as it dragged on the shower floor. The bed definitely needs upgrading and is on wheels, it rolls with the slightest touch.

Very clean and the location was excellent. It had everything I needed.

The mattress was lumpy and rolled to the middle. The check in after hours was confusing.

Nice location, decent size room

No bath towels. After hours contact didn’t help despite several attempts. Promises to get back to me never happened. We had to leave without a shower with a long days drive ahead. Reception staff who were there when we left were not helpful, no apologies.

The room was not cleaned properly, cups not washed, bed not made, a very poor performance from cleaning staff,

Back off the road so not too noisy. Great hot water in shower.

The sofa had not been vacuumed down the sides and had nuts and chips all over it. Bed was a bit hard but that is just me.

A very quiet location, could walk to cafes etc. Huge room.

Excellent location where you can walk to most places for restaurants, cafes etc Our room was a very large clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful upon check in.We have stayed here before and would not hesitate to book again.

If you are light sensitive the room was a little light from the outside adjoining premises

Location was perfect close to shops cafes and restaurants.

I really love the location as it is right in the centre. Also it is very quiet. The air conditioner can be a little noisy for some people but I am fine with that. The bed is comfortable and the room size is quite big.

I am fine with everything in the room.

The room I was in had been beautifully refurbished, very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. Very quiet.

I can't think of anything I didn't like

The location was great. When we were there it was quite humid and hot so the fan and aircon was good! Beds super comfy.

There were a few stains on the sheets which made me lead to think they weren’t very clean and the shower curtain in the bathroom needing an upgrade/fresh up but apart from that it was good.
