Good location

The staff was terrible . I got very late to check in .after multiple attempts I got to a reception staff at 7 pm he said he would give check in information . By the time i finished work very late there was no text as advised . I didn’t want to drive all the way hence had to sleep at work. It was a terrible experience . Next day morning there was a text to say that they will charge me as there was a call number and I didn’t rock up to the hotel and call them …

Rooms were welcoming, with comfortable beds and lovely views.

Stay wasn’t long enough

Great location and surrounds and pleasant staff

Smoke alarm went off several times in our room and rooms next door. The next day we were moved to another room.Restaurant menu is very limited especially if staying more than one night.

Rooms good and a good size. Breakfast staff and room staff very good. Reception on arrival very business like and not over friendly.

The pool room had a very strong chlorine smell, which turned me off using it. Perhaps opening doors and windows at night or during the day to clear the room.The TV sustem is just ugly. Hard to navigate, with very slow response, sometimes no response, when using the handpiece. Streaming or even using free-to-air, needed personal passwords. Who travels with all these passwords ?The duck droppings on the paths outside the rooms are not attractive, and the paths need washing down or removal daily.

Bed was really uncomfortable. I've got a sore back and neck today.

Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are lovely.

We arrived well after check in time and the rooms still weren't ready - we were offered a drink voucher but the bar wasnt open while we were waiting and was only open 1 out of 3 nights we were there. As it was between Christmas & New Years they were short staffed - restaurant was often closed and despite paying for a full buffet it wasnt available, only continental. Peanuts were in a lot of dishes despite it not being on the menu and despite bringing up a peanut allergy with waitstaff the next course also came out with unlisted peanuts. It wasn't clearly described when selecting a room but the room was actually a glamping tent - while it was nice tent it was expensive for what it was and the road noise disrupted sleep.

The down side to the hole stay was the restaurant was not the same type off food you see on the photos it’s pub food that’s upsetting as we drove just under 4hrs to have the meal that we had seen on line.We had booked for dinner as it was my partners bday but after looking at the menu we canned it n went in town.Very misleading

Bed was comfy, good size bathroom, free water and bonus chocolate. Breakfast had a great selection. The grounds are beautiful.

Our room only had dark curtains with a sun blocked backing and needed some sheers for privacy and light during the day. Noticed the other rooms had them.

It was beautiful location. The tents had great views and had all the facilities.

Probably the lack of dimming lights in the room. The lights above the bed we’re actually not be able to be dimmed and there was no bedside lights. Apart from that it was all great.

Good property and nice ambience.

I have extended one more night stay, receptionist confirmed additional night stay extended however swipe card not activated. On other note requested invoice and they deducted extra $249 from my bank card when I questioned they admitted it was mistake and organised refund. Not happy with service team attitude and service.

Large room with a view, quiet location with country setting. Room clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

Staff friendly. Good location. Very clean. Great facilities. Free mini bar a surprising, pleasant addition.

Disappointing

Breakfast was appalling- bacon dried , overcooked, scrambled egg like lumps of cold rubber. ALL the cups were disgustingly dirty… I wasn’t the only one to notice.Safely door to door to indoor pool was chocked open! ILLEGAL And very dangerous! Pool tiles are filthy.Website shows 2 pools.. ha !Restaurant food is a joke- minimal options, poorly cooked. NEVER come back or recommend.

We had a one night stay and the room was big but the bathroom was a strange shape and awkward. The buffet breakfast was reasonable.

The shower was dirty and needed a good bleach. We were in a room right next to the flight of stairs so we heard people coming and going at all hours. It was quiet from road noise though which was good. The bathroom shape was awkward and hard to have enough room to dry yourself despite the large shower. I thought the price was expensive for what we got.

The Pool and the staff excellent.

The verandah could do with a tidy up.
