Mudgee Riverside Park

proximity to the township of Mudgee, staff were very friendly and helpful

the cabin, very tired, the bed was diabolical. Extremely uncomfortable, kept rolling into the middle of the bed. both my husband and I ended up with really sore backs and hips.

Location and staff it was clean and tidy with adequate cooking and eating equipment

The cabin is old and tired. The bed is against a wall and difficult for we elderly. The aircon didn’t cope with hot days.

Good location, next to downtown, all within walking distance

The place was clean, but very worn out (looks like no maintenace nor refurbismenth for years). The heating capacity of the stovetop was poor (just able to cook items, but not to steak on frying pan). The oven part was ok. Based on description we assumed a nice terrace - ok, there was a terrace, 1,5m wide between the chalet and our parked car after which there was the next chalet within 1m.

Short walk to town. Park is beautiful and well maintained.

Location to town and river

A bit of traffic noise. Cabin needs updating very rundown with creepy floorboards and old fittings and old bathroom.

Cabin was very clean, and everything that I needed was available.

The traffic from the road at night with the trucks kept me awake some, but that had nothing to do with the service of the park.

Conveniently close to town and all activities.Provided the basics.

Oh the double sized bed is a bit squishy and some very squeaky floors

Value for money is not what you get here, cabins are tiny, bed is a double not much room at all when compared to most other cabins. However, credit where credits due, it was clean.

We stayed in a cabin which was comfortable, but the car was not under cover, we enjoyed our walks along the river & into town!

Mudgee riverside Park is a wonderful place to stay. It's in the heart of Mudgee, but once you are in the park it feels like you are miles away. The local shops and town centre are only a few metres away, so you can visit at anytime without having to jump into your car.The cabins were cosy and great value with all the essentials provided. The site also provided several barbecues, which were convenient for a quick and cost effective dinner. They also provided plenty of essential ammenties such as a toilet block and laundry, if you are camping.

Bathroom floors were always wet because the shower would leak slightly. The floor towel would be soaking wet by the time we had finished showering, but we were able to take it down to the laundry and tumble dry it for the next day.

Great location, everyone'sfriendly. Tidy and clean unit with everything you need.Nice grounds.

The unit was super tidy but could do with a new paint job and a bit of matainence.

Cabin was good but I was too big for the shower. I probably should’ve went to the amenities block

Cabin 6 was awful compared to others booked by our group at the same price. Floor unstable & creaked excessively, no lounge or comfortable seating to watch TV, pokey 1970’s shower recess base appears to have floor underneath rotted away underneath & was unstable, double bed uncomfortable with barely room to move either side, outdoor chairs & table covered in dust & cobwebs. Screen door unable to be locked & had large gap to let in mozzies.

The air conditioning doesn't reach the rooms, they could put fans in the rooms

Easy walk into town and excellent walk alongside the river. Watched a bit of cricket in the park next door! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great - close to everything and a lovely short walk into town.

The beds were very uncomfortable and bathroom was small.

Neat, tidy and clean. Nice location. Quiet. Well equipped.

A little cramped in the bedrooms. A bit noisy from exercise groups running along the river in the morning, but neither was a huge issue.

Mudgee riverside caravan park is an excellent place to stay, cabins are clean and have you need to enjoy Mudgee

Location is great, 5 minutes walk to town centre

First time staying here but have already booked again . The staff were really friendly and helpful and the cabin was just right
