Breakfast was fine for self serve continental - cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice, toast & tea/coffee.Very pleasant sitting out on the old verandah upstairs having a drink before heading downstairs for dinner. My husband had a steak meal which was cooked to perfection! Service was great too!
Nice big room, great location and very good continental breakfast
Nothing particular
Loved the self service breakfast and sitting on the veranda in the evening with a drink outside our room.
Decor was very tired. Just needed a bit of TLC
Basic but room and bathroom were clean and food was good.
Good breakfast and excellent location.
TV did not work
Self service basic breakfast. Didn't use but had a look. Everything looked fine but we opted for a walk down town.
Only minor, but a light curtain to cover front door windows. Had heavy curtin but the morning light was beautiful comming in and a light curtain would give privacy and let the light in.
Room was large and spacious, only gripe was the shower in the spa bath and water pressure was very weak. Apart from that a great country pub with a chilled atmosphere.
Water pressure in shower.
The property was neat, clean and. tidy. Beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having food intolerances they tried hard to accommodate my needs. This was appreciated a lot. Big thanks to Alex and James for their great hospitality. To all staff thank for a wonderful relaxing weekend.
Great location for a walk to our event and walk all around town. Nice and quiet as well.
No complaints at all.
Breakfast was appreciated and set up well.
Cobweb could have been attended to on stairs and dining room . Carpet clean and headboards on bed showing wear . It didn’t worry us but noticeable . Unable to make the milk hot in the coffee machine .
Fantastic food, excellent value meals. A generous continental breakfast included. Friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms with generous, spotless bathroom. Right in the centre of Bridgetown, facing out onto a wide verandah, but quiet once the door was closed at night.
Nothing. The spa bath had a shower over it, but it was so spacious the bathroom floor stayed perfectly dry? (Maybe not good for someone with mobility issues needing to get in and out though.)
Everything is really nice, especially the bathrooms..Breakfast is continental, but everything is there.. Very Friendly Landlord, nice pub..
Nothing, it hit all the marks, perhaps the internet is a bit clumsy having to get a code, but once logged on it wasn't a problem
I confirmed before arriving walk in show and on arrival had none. Water pouring g out of air conditioning unit down wall soaking carpet floor. Next roo. Toilet playing up. Fridge not cold. Charging point don't work.Staff advised no rooms have walk in shower.Breakfast room messy we didn't useNot value for moneyVery angry about shower Not where else all booked out.2 night to many and that place.
Everything see above
The staff were very friendly, and our rooms were very clean.
Would have been nice to have some pastries for the breakfast selection.
What a fantastic location in beautiful Bridgetown. The amenities are simple, but comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant and staff are fantastic.
Location was good and food was also good .Didn't know it was continental breakfast which was ok
The room was large and pleasant, with aircon. The 8 accom rooms in this Federation style hotel are up a flight of stairs from the front of the building, or up 2 flights from the back of the building, and they open up onto an expansive hotel balcony which has tables and chairs. The balcony overlooks the main road and we thought the room might be a bit noisy but honestly, we hardly noticed any traffic. Large ensuite bathroom with shower over spa-bath. For food: Not a lot was open in town on a Wednesday evening, so we had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast was an inclusion - help yourself to fruit, cereals, toast, etc - all well presented and stored. Took a while to work out the coffee machine as we're not coffee-pod people - but another guest helped us out. We've often enjoyed lunch here, when traveling between Albany and Perth, and have been wanting to try the accommodation. It didn't disappoint.
All good.
