Mandurah Motel and Apartments

The hotel is within a comfortable walking distance of the main waterside area in Mandurah. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the setting is very relaxing.

Great room at a good price and centrally located.

Small repairs required, but did not affect stay.

Air conditioning,spacious and had fridge and microwave and kettle if needed.plus good free safe parking.good value for money x very pleased with our stay .. plus swimming pool

The restaurant was amazing, 10/10 flavour and value, The staff were great too. The lady who checked us in was amazing and helped us by changing rooms for us because of noisy neighbours, shewas so understanding and nice about it.Great location, nice pool.

The room was a bit dirty, in that there was stains all over the carpet, and some of the pillows smelled bad, and the couch couldnt be used really because it just bottomed out and you sank all the way down to the floor, we stacked the cushions and pillows on it and it was still really uncomfortable, it needs replacing. There was also cockroaches in the kitchen area and there was mold in the lids of the body wash and shampoo in the shower and someone elses hair on the wall of shower.

Room was ready, clean and suitable for me.

Nothing really...maybe just the water pressure in the shower was a little lower than what I am accustomed to.

Adequate for an overnight stay.

The property could use a bit of maintenance. I had hoped to use the washing machines, but I wasn’t able to get any tokens as both the office and the restaurant were closed.

I'm sure it was good in it's day but it feels like it needs a revamp a bit old and tired when we sat on the couch it bottomed out had to stack pillows and cushions just to be able to sit down huge bedrooms with not much space in the living area ,no bench space in the kitchenette

I enjoyed the quiet clean space to relax whilst catching up with friends and family. Restaurant had good food and variety.

Neat and tidy. Pool was great on a hot day and appreciated the supply of extra towels.Lighting was dull and new bulbs would improve. Not a lot of room on bench and dishes had to be washed in bathroom sink.

Good location and central to everything :)

Older style and some damage and wear to existing walls, cracks in tiles, rust in shower etc Place was lovely and clean though.

Near to everything, comfy beds, very updated room, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent, no draught beer at bar but fair prices bottled beer and wine.

Rooms were extremely warm air con didn’t get into them. Lightening from outside gets into rooms so not very dark at night.

The staff are very nice and the pool is great

Secured parking and easy access to room. The room is nice and clean and smells fresh , also the bed is comfortable

The property wasn’t cleaned properly, I didn’t feel comfortable the whole time being in that room as there was a male below in another room constantly looking at me everytime I would open the curtain or walk outside to the balcony, made me hide away in the room, the television didn’t work properly the remove is buggered, multiple things broken in the room tiles not even attached. I didn’t enjoy the stay.

Rather a long walk into Mandurah

Location was good. Was there for night before crab fest without knowing anything about it. Walked there in less than 10 minutes. Lots happening in the town. Pool and communal courtyard were lovely. Nice restaurant and bar. Room was a little old but well set up and clean. Everything we needed for 1 night stay. Would recommend.

Pillows needed updating. Slight walk from car to room may annoy some.

Very dated.Not particularly clean.Staff only available at certain times.Restaurant opening times limited.Pedestrian gate difficult to operate.

The room was quite spacious.The restaurant and staff went far and beyond to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The extensive menu was great and the food went beyond my expectations. I did ensure that the two lasses who served me on both evenings knew that i was completely satisfied with the food and, more importantly, their service.

For me personally there was nothing i would say that could have been done more to my satisfaction.
