Broken bed, ordered breakfast and never got it when called and asked they said oh wait another 15 minutes and it was already time for check out. Had horrible experience, will never go back again.

Cupboard in room had water damage but overall good motel/hotel

Clean, functional, friendly professional staff. Walking distance of multiple eatery options.

Being able to confirm the additional bed before arrival would have been nice.

Everything was amazing and was considering booking again however with having to wait 5 days for the deposit on 2 rooms, left me extremely disappointed as all other accommodation the deposit is back within hours. So disappointing when the rest was great.

No complaints. We did our research and fully understood it was a Motel - it certainly is not a Resort. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Comfortable beds, but the facilties were sparse. It's a little overpriced but reasonable when compared to hotels a little further away. It suited our needs for one night.

Just the perfect distance from Busselton, for connecting to Perth International terminal.

Stay at Pinjarra hotel

1st room we were given had ants all through the bedWas given a replacement room but the cold water tap in the hand basin did not work Not enough blankets on the beds so had to sleep with the air conditioner on to stay warm.

Spacious rooms , great food and bar . Clean and tidy

We experienced no issues with our stay.

It seemed they had started renovating but hadn't finished. What they had done so far looked good, the pool area was clean and inviting, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was open until 9, served beer on tap, and did room service.

The room renovations hadn't been finished so the kitchenette was not complete and there was no water connected to the sink there. The restaurant food wasn't the best quality, but we did order late so it was still nice to have a meal. The bed was one of the hardest beds I have ever slept on, not what I was expecting.

The staff were lovely,, the comfortable bed, the spa bath and Indian Restaurant was exceptional.

The draft under the door allowed chain smokers next door waft in, table was extremely unstable, breakfast was so mediocre for $20, I could've gone to Dome 5 mins up the road and paid $5 more and hot a cooked breakfast. Toast was cold, eggs were hard asked for soft poached. No passion into presentation at all.

Shower could use a curtain, expensive.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, very clean and comfortable room with amazing shower.The pool is lovely and clean with great relaxing atmosphere, pool chairs and gazebo which is great to enjoy their beer on tap from their bar on a warm day.The in house Indian restaurant is absolutely amazing with delicious freshly made food. All this in a very quiet location with such friendly and helpful staff.

For us it was great no complaints. We stayed for 4 weeks.

I won’t be staying here again as the people who are running it I got no respect the rooms terrible restaurant full of their family. When it comes to get service you waited half an hour while they were serving their family. I will not be coming back here again. Charged extra money to the room. The bond was too high and you lost half of it because I didn’t clean the room. I was there one night never again.

absolute crap never again worst place I’ve ever stayed at

Bcz of Easter weekend it was very difficult to find accommodation, we were lucky that we were given an upgraded villa for the regular price… location is not far when you have a car. Indian cuisine was good, had plenty of options to choose.

Not a resort as advertised, just a dated motel. Loud late night boozers next door unit.

Staff upon arrival were fantastic & throughout our 2 night stay & friendly . Room was made up well & quite clean . Rooms were modern & not outdated . Spa was very clean & very relaxing . Daily housekeeping was very good . Pool was nice & fresh & inviting . The restaurant on site was fantastic . I can see why people travel to this location for a very good affordable meal . Late check out was also good & only cost a further $10 per hour .

I have talked to the receptionist multiple times for an invoice for my stay but no one has ever replied to me.

The staff were friendly and the indian cuisine was brilliant,also the open plan shower was great
