We book the disability room, met our needs, I was away with my elderly parents. Quiet, spacious, friendly staff, clean, ended up staying an extra night.

First room wasn’t what I booked, but owners were happy to change us to a “better” one

It’s close to town and is a comfortable place to stay

The kitchen didn’t have had a larger saucepan or grater and It would have been nice to have basic supplies like oil for cooking.

we did not need breakfast. we took our own.

We found the shower very poor. low, low pressure. We found the TV hopeless. Despite the fact it was a smart TV these facilities could not be used as the wrong aerial was being used. Very disappointing.

great and friendly staff. Rooms were clean a bit outdated with the furniture but still in top condition and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool it was cold but would be fantastic in the heat of summer

A very comfortable bed and excellent shower. We had a newer room well off the main highway so minimal road noise. We were able to have our small dog stay with us and the location was close to walking paths along the stopbanks to exercise him.

A bit of confrontation at reception upon arrival due to some confusion on both parts. Didn’t make for a pleasant start to our stay.

Friendly hosts, clean, well equipped. Very comfortable and quiet.

Towels didn't get changed on the Sunday although put in the shower. Used heated towel rail to dry overnight.

Mobility v good unit BUT NO Safety LOCK on door, the Toilet shud be higher for sitting. Office staff/ owners were wonderful & helpful when I needed them. ☆☆☆☆☆

Exceptionally friendly people. Even though situated on a major road, traffic noise was not a bother.

Didn't make use of their huge swimming pool because it is still winter weather. Would be great in summer!

Right area, clean and friendly owner felt welcome.I definitely would love come back with my whanua next time.

Nothing wrong

The unit had plenty of room, including the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. We stayed in winter and the heating was very good. The hosts friendly and helpful.

Was very easy to find as was on the main highway and very close to New World supermarket.
