- Location gave access to easily reached cafes and eateries. Great outlook onto Village. Friendly motel staff.Supermarket within easy walking distance Unit’s facilities fully met our needs.
- No breakfast. Were rather amused by the large spa pool in the room. Felt this was not really necessary
- Great location. Layout of rooms and seating ETC was great, but the single beds were terrible and pillows were old and flat
Cons -
- Bedroom spa pool
- Bed and pillows
- I wish it had a pool but that’s ok. From felt dark unless we opened the front window curtain which we were worried it would compromise privacy but there won’t be anything you could do about that.

Location, service, comfortable beds.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to cafes and shops, and easy parking. The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, and a small stove top. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Very close to the centre of Havelock North so you could easily walk to shops etc. A large unit with a huge bed. Bathroom nice and large too. Although the motel was full there was no noise from the other units.
A large unit, although the main bed was in the living area and the separate bedroom was quite small with 2 singles. The shower was in a bath which was a little high to safely step in and out with confidence.
Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning was welcome.
Apartment is dated, tired and ready for refurbishment. Decor really dark and gloomy. Cracked tiles in bathroom and marks and scuffs on walls. Stained facecloths.
Great location, clean and tidy property, great toiletries provided, friendly staff, large room
Nothing, but t was perfect
Spacious, clean motel in good location.
Central location and everyone friendly
More hooks and flat surfaces tp put things on
magic location and price, but unit is poorly designed and not particularly 2025 standards, wont be
couldn't sleep at night, due to traffic noise and noise from adjoining units, there's obviously no soundproofing to the units.
No breakfast, but great options with handy location
Bed was comfy - bath lovely
Did seemOverpriced as a bit dated re decor etc.
Perfect for a quick stop for a wedding. Was spacious and clean!!
Nothing we could think of
The bed was so comfy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were fantastic. We stayed here on our wedding night and when we told the staff they gave us the same room we had 8 years ago, was so nice and we really appreciated it
The bed was super comfy Air con worked perfectly on a hot dayShower was pleasant Very quiet couldn't hear any noise from anywhere nice and peaceful.
Showing some age but still a nice room.
Great location, just a short walk into the village. The room was clean and tidy and the shower was great...heaps of pressure. staff were friendly.
The bathroom was a little tired and could do with a freshen up.
Great location
No 4 needs a little work around front door windows and bathroom paintwork around door, otherwise it was in a great condition
Surprisingly quiet but central. Room was large. Motel was easy to find.
Very friendly close to everything very cosy units ??
