We loved how spacious it was! I also REALLY appreciated the free laundry facilities. The balcony overlooking the garden area was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the hot mineral water spa.

Great lawn area with roses. The manager Bob was so helpful and friendly. Full kitchen, mineral tub on patio. Easy back door access to the parking.

It’s not for everyone. It’s funky and old but has its own charm.

This was a great place for me to break my journey when moving house. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the private mineral pool so good! A relaxing soak and a good sleep was exactly what I needed!

The location—it was close to the lake. The property was also lovely with all the flowers and roses blooming in the spring. The mineral water spa was also really nice. I liked the kitchen in the room as well.

Parking was a little challenging and confusing the first night we arrived especially since it was dark. But we figured it out.

Neat and tidy room with a lovely garden area. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were adequate. You're a couple of minutes drive from the main town or to the shops so it isn't too busy but there is some passing traffic. The thermal hot tubs were a nice way to relax after a day hiking.

There was nothing overly bad but the thermal hot tubs are a bit dated and worn, the floorboards around the tub were a bit unstable in parts as well. Very small complaints but the tubs would benefit from refurb or being tiled instead of fiberglass as it makes it feel "cheap"

Loved having a hot mineral pool included with the room was lovely to soak in on a cold windy night and morning

The room was lovely and had everything needed. Really enjoyed the pool and the service was great. The location was perfect for my needs.

We had a great stay! The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved having several pillow options to choose from. The absolute highlight was the hot mineral thermal pool — it was perfectly warm and ready for us when we arrived, which was such a treat. The next day, it filled up quickly, so we could enjoy it again without any wait. Highly recommend!

It’s not that we didn’t enjoy it — we had a great stay! My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide smart TVs with access to streaming services like Netflix. That said, this didn’t affect our experience at all.

Exceptional service. We were upgraded just because there were kids next door to the room we booked. Of course we wouldn't expect the same if the place was full, but it was a very nice surprise. Spa was great, albeit a little tricky to get in and out of. Room was delightful. View from upstairs was nice too, though obstructed to the lake (as promised). Would be even better in summer. Good tea. Nice furniture and furnishings. The couch stood out to us as being much better than the one we had had in another place the night before. TV upstairs and down.

It was tricky getting the temperature balance right between upstairs and downstairs on a cold winter night. There was plenty of heating, just couldn't quite hit the sweet spot. No curtain over the glass door downstairs let in light and let out heat. The usual rubbish coffee. Not a criticism - but an FYI - I did struggle a little with the manager's accent. Great guy, great service, very friendly, just a little hard to understand at times.

The spa was great when it was working, the utilities were easy to use and the bed was comfy.

I noticed early in the morning it wouldn’t let out hot water and I had left the tap on for over an hour. The Wi-Fi was terrible and I could hardly ever connect too it and when I could connect it was very slow. The shower hot water also stopped working a couple times. The chrome cast in the room didn’t work and the sky tv was very glitchy. Also the car park was very small and tight it would’ve been great to have a bit more room just to make it easier to unload and load our car.

Each room has a private mineral bath, which is nice, but a little difficult to get into and out of. There is a complimentary laundry and detergent is provided. The kitchenette is more than adequate.

The rooms are dated, but still comfortable.

The bed came with electric mattress which helped a lot with keeping the bed nice, warm & toasty as we were there early May and it was really cold.

Did not have a closet to hang clothes so it is good for a one night stay in my opinion.

The personal thermal pool was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and warm.

There was a lot of road noise from our street facing room and the facilities are, although clean and functional, a bit dated.

Friendly staff, large room and free parking. Nice little pool although they look a bit tired. Free laundry however the dryer took about 5 hours. Great location near town.
