Beautiful views and right next to the beach!

Despite being so close to the main road, the room was very quiet

Merve was very friendly, the location was great just across from the Lake and away from the hustle and bustle of central Taupo. Its a walk into town but very easy. The unit was well appionted.

What a good position this property is lovely views of the lake great coffee shop across the road. We had wonderful swims. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. The owners can be very proud of their offerings here. Congratulations.

We had a room in the second row and it was really quiet. We had a beautful view on the lake. The owerns were very friendly and they gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and activities. Parking was next to our appartement, perfect.

We were delighted with the comfort, facilities and layout of our room: great bathroom, bed, kitchen and views. In particular having blinds on rear glass doors ensured no light bothered us.

Parking was a bit tight at rear of building.

Very spacious, well equipped, Well located, Views of the lake. Hosts supplied tools and oil etc for BBQ. Free laundry. Located at popular swimming area of lake.

Great location and facilities. It had everything we needed for self-catering. Have stayed here before and would again if passing through Taupo!

Although it had AC in the living area, this did not extend to the bedroom. The bedroom became quite hot at night. Would be fine in winter though.

Managers demanded that they have access to the room every day for housekeeping even when asked not too Housekeeping was not completed when they did enter room, room left with unmade beds, towels not replaced, rubbish not taken, floor not cleaned Air conditioner from room above dripped into our outdoor area so we were unable to sit and enjoy view we paid for, when management was advised they did nothing No iron/ironing board in rooms, had to wait daily for other guest to useFilthy flooring Overwhelming smell in unit - Management advised nothing done Smell of gas at back door - management advised, nothing done Management ripped off other family members staying at accomodation by charging them for a double booking that was in fact the managements mistake Management advised guests by letter that they would be available on Christmas Day if needed - Manager laughed to my husband and said that the letters a lie and no one would be available in the complex at all so don’t bother calling

Location brilliant, apartment spacious and well equipped. Owners V helpful and friendly. Wonderful view of lake and sunset .
