Quality Inn Acapulco Taupo

Great location! Convenient parking!

Shower configuration in the bathroom was odd, and the water temperature was inconsistent.

Quiet, clean, safe, close to town, offstreet parking etc Ticked all the boxes for us. Breakfast included was a bonus and saved us spending lots of $$ at a local cafe.

The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom very clean with lots of fluffy towels. Loved having SKY TV to watch the tennis and access to the outside through the ranch slider to a beautiful garden.

The bed had some roll-effect into the middle

It was clean and beds inviting after a long road trip in the storm.

Nice size, lots of room. Just about every Sky channel was available on the TV. Nice shower with very good pressure. Comfy bed.

Location and convenience, cleanliness of unit - in particular bathroom, water pressure, reasonably sized, liked the 2 rooms

The TV's - when changing channels in the lounge, it also changed it in the bedroom. Needed to figure out how it worked

Check in was easy with my room clean and ready on time. It was close enough to the lake and relatively close to town to make for a short walk to both. Car park right outside your room. The buffet breakfast was tasty and enjoyed by us and the kids but limited variety.

Inconsistent number of cutlery items which was an unusual problem (i.e. only 3 spoons?) in a room booking for 5 people. Annoying flagpole rattling during the day could be heard clearly in the room - I assume they took it down at night as I didn't hear it then.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional and handy , walking distance to town and lakeside

Have no complaints

Check in and out was very easy and fast. Also we arrived pretty early in the morning and still the room was already prepared which was super nice.

It was a little bright in the room due to the little round ceiling window that you couldn't cover up.

Near and clean room, location and surrounding

We were very pleased with the service, staff and room. Good location and easy to find.

Fortunately it was only a night stop over.

Staff communication wasn't that flash. We checked in at 2.30pm and was told breakfast was included.3hrs later I was phoned to see what our time of arrival would be, (this had already been emailed thru at time of booking)I said to the women that we are already here and checked into room# 3hrs ago.The next morning we went in for breakfast. We left at 10am. I received a phone call while out of range, "you left without paying for breakfast" I called back and said what the women had said about breakfast being included when she checked us in. She said this was our (your) mistake and don't worry about it.This made me feel uneasy all day.

Lovely room, comfy beds, very clean! Loved staying there & great location

room was clean and beds are comfy

shower. it is difficult to control the temp.

Didn't try the breakfast,Very easy access to town centre and staff very friendly Would definitely stay again

There's nothing really to dislike

Staff were lovely. Good breakfast. Handy to town.

The staff were lovely and the facilities were awesome. Perfect for our family of 5 with a beauty little spa bath.

Good location and price with breakfast.

Good value for money and nice and close to town.

Water pressure in shower was a bit to low.

The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I must also mention the remarkable lady in the breakfast facility, who managed everything on her own and did an outstanding job!

We booked a villa that accommodated seven adults comfortably, and there was potential for even more guests with the use of a sofa bed. However, we encountered a significant issue: there was only one bathroom, which was also combined with the toilet. This made our stay quite uncomfortable, especially with seven adults sharing it. Additionally, there were several locked doors on the ground floor, leaving us to wonder if they were unused bathrooms. Overall, having just one bathroom for seven adults was not ideal and did not provide good value for money.
