had everything we needed, and a comfortable big bed.

the water was way too hot, my partner scalded himself because he accidentally turned the mixer the wrong way. pretty sure this wouldn't meet current regulations.

Great place to stay for an overnight trip. Very close to the lake front on a really quiet street. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

Could do with a bit of extra cutlery as there was only one spoon and one teaspoon but this was very minor!

Even though it was very basic it had every thing you needed and was super clean, and handy to town. it was comfortable and just what we needed to break a long road trip last minute !!

The location is quite central. At the same time it was quite quiet which was nice. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. There was heating, although not in all rooms. Was very good economical option for our group.

The rooms are a bit dated and tired, the fridge was quite old and noisy. Not all the bedrooms had heating so it will likely get colder in the winter months. Some of the cables for the extention cords to plug in the electric blankets were a bit perished and so we didn't use.

The bathroom was not nice. The shower had mould in it around the bottom of the shower stall. The couch was very saggy, old and uncomfortable. The beds sagged into the middle. We used our own topper pads. We stayed in a cleaner newer motel the next night for a lower fee. No issues with the 1 staff member located at the next door motel who supplied the key and milk but I would not stay again and would not recommend.

Double bed in the bedroom took up most of the room with very narrow gaps between the bed and adjacent walls. Parking was difficult - we couldn't park in front of our unit because other vehicles had taken parking spaces there both nights.

It is easy to book, nothing’s an issue and very convenient to lake front and good pubs. We’ve stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Room was not clean, hair and grime in the kitchen and carpet sticky in most places. Plenty of beds and space but the beds are terrible condition. Throws and extra blankets smelled unclean and felt grimy. Kitchen very small for family unit but had great selection of appliances.

Having the extra space with a lounge and kit hen/dining as well as separate bedroom.

Linings of shower were showing quite a lot of weat at the bottom and the silicone seal wasn't done properly.

Very large and comfortable room. Some small touches I like, such as a mirror on the room wall, and plunger coffee/fresh milk provided. Quiet location up a side street from the main road- had a great sleep! An easy 10 minute walk to town along the lake front.

A little minor maintenance needed, such as some touch up painting in the bathroom.

Had a corner unit, so just french doors access and no more windows (apart from the bathroom), but was ok. Parking was a bit tight for an SUV but we could use the EV charger at the neighbouring apartments accommodation which shared the reception with the motel. Outside BBQ area which we didn't use but was there for anyone to use.

For the cleaning service selected "drop towels by 11am outside" so we put our dirty ones back to the back and put them outside for exchange but wasn't picked up. Not really obvious if the bag contained clean or used towels and no instructions on how to make sure the cleaning person picks it up.

Well priced,clean, good location and staff are friendly.

They were great at accommodating us last minute.

The noise (not the motels fault) it’s a dog across the road that constantly barked and cried all night, the lights outside shining through the curtains and lighting the bedroom up so hard to sleep but these are manageable it was the coach roach ? in the kitchen, the shower with blood all over the shower handle and shower head and black grease and pubs in the shower tray and beer bottle caps on the fridge.Next time I will pay more and get a nice play to stay.

We are a mother and adult daughter so needed separate beds. We were upgraded because our room was not quite ready. Good parking for our camper van. Close to food outlets and the lake. A good comfortable one night stay on our road trip.

It was the perfect stopover for the group of us. Great location and unit, combined with very good price.Very simple and easy stay and will be planning to stay again.

Very clean, the walls were old, but the facilities within the room were mostly updated.

Just a few details - like clothes in the drawer, a drink in the fridge and some rubbish outside the back door from previous guests
