The room was a very good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Good location, large room with good furniture - breakfast table and chairs for two, armchair and shelf unit, comfortable bed and small kitchen facilities.

The unfortunate island in the parking area that you could easily back your car into even if it is marked with road cones. The outside of the building complex looks tired and in need of a spruce up.

Maintenance is required at the property.No room service provided. We had to get our room towels and clear the rubbish out of the room.Room needed a decent clean.

I had requested a check-in 30 min early so I could do an internet call but was refused. Very strict on the 2pm check-in.

Room was not ready for us when we arrived, check-in was 2pm and we were there at 5pm, they still hadn't finished it. Fridge was not working we had to defrost it ourselves, and no provision for keeping our food cold.

The beds feel like they may need replacing but too soft for my liking.

Check in was at 2pm and if you came earlier the office was closed and they sent you away. Nicer customer service, 2pm came around and there was a line of people quing up outside reception and they ignored us and made is wait. Bathroom needed a better clean and family next door was making so much noise yet the owners or staff didn't nothing.

Walking distance to town, very clean and tidy. An older property which could do with a revamp but we'll kept. Great room size.

Did not respond to booking request. Was all OK when we arrived 5 hours after booking but expected confirmation of booking before arrival. Usually received from other properties within 30min.

There was nothing to like about this room whatsoever

Spa was out of order and clearly has been for a while. Pool was the coldest pool ever. The ceiling fan stopped working during the stay.The place was falling apart. Bed was uncomfortable.

The location of motel was very close to town, very clean, comfortable room, Kitchenette had no stove, did have a sink, microwave etc and the hot shower had great water pressure!

There was a outside balcony, with seating for 2, but the road was too noisy, had to shut the doors in the end, (nothing the motel could control). No tea towels or cloths to wipe dishes or bench down in kitchen was only minor thing.

Location, good room size,nice view facing the lake. Nice veranda off room.

What let the motel down was the unmaintained gardens and grounds. The furnishings were quite dated in the room.very noisy neighbors in next room, they were out on the deck talking until quite late. Traffic was very noisy outside our room at times,could do with double glazing. Pool area not maintained very well. Random pots with unkempt plants let the place down

Great location, nice clean room and great water pressure from the shower

Fridge was hidden behind a cupboard door which stopped it from closing properly and kept the running heat enclosed.

Room clean and comfortable. Shower pressure great.Pool lovely.

No milk on arrival - run out. Knew they had bookings in advance..... supermarket close by. .Air conditioner didn't cut off at all and very noisy.Spa not operational, had about 6 inches of water and was not covered. Awning outside room loose and noisy in wind.Have stayed before and change of ownership has seen it deteriorate unfortunately.

There were a few leaves in the pool but not enough to put me off on a hot day!

Location was great. Short walk to restaurants, harbour and lake.Bed huge and very comfortable. Spacious room.Easy check in. Private small outside seating area.

Nothing to dislike.
