Boulevard Waters

Our room was really comfortable. Great views of the lake. Nice and warm given it was cold outside. The coffee machine was a nice touch. As the hotel is off the main road ot was very quite. I wish that we could have stayed longer there, next time ¿¿

Slightly out of town but very easy to get a taxi.

Room was nice, had a good view and was rather large. We set the fire alarm off using the stove, but the manager was gracious about it. If you're planning to cook I would choose a hotel with a vent hood over the stove, but otherwise it was a great place.

Room #1 Facilities are very dated and in need of renewal and replacement eg: tile falling off in bathroom, fixings insecure, chipped table, scored toilet seat, electrics kept tripping out, worn kitchen cupboards - many more points besides … felt sorry for staff

Location, quiet, clean and friendly / helpful reception.

View from the room was excellent, the room was a long rectangular shaped which is quite unusual but fabulous.All amenities were fine and the thermal pool was a winner. Access to the lake was quick and easy.

We loved the location and the view from the room was outstanding!

The small size of the TV was actually too small for the room… needed a larger TV. Found room and epsecially bathroom rather outdated for price we paid.. needs updating…

Amazing location right on the lake edge! Cafe right next door too. Thermal pool was lovely on the cooler day. Spa bath was a bonus.

King size bed was very comfortable, but when my husband moved at all I was bounced awake

Lovely view, good size room, although I don’t like having spa bath as part of main living area.

Amazing veiw could not get any closer to the lake, perfect spot to sit and watch the sun go down. Spacious and super clean comfotable beds. Hot water spring right out the front into the lake and amazing cafe next door (breakfast/lunch) walking distance to sailing club and other resturants. A little outb of town but that makes it so peaceful.

The location was great staff friendly

Parking was a bit tight when full. The room servicing was not the best with some things not replaced once used up , not sure if that was due to being green or mean . The fans were very noisey , due for replacement .

We will not stay again

The toilet smelt so bad of urine thst was under the flooring it stunk out the whole room so we couldn’t sleep it was disgusting. The bed was like an old floppy mattress we both ended up with a back and shoulder pain after 2 nights

The Location

It’s getting very tired and needs some sprucing up.The aircon filters need to be cleaned as they affected my breathing during the night.The beds also need an upgrade.

The views were amazing saw the most beautiful sunset. The spa and pool

I loved the fact that from my bed I looked over the lake….no buildings….just the lake. I was able to leave my balcony sliding door open and go to sleep lulled by the sound of water on the shore.

Great location with beautiful walkway along the lake (very beautiful during sunrise & sunset) and great facilities (coffee station, kitchenwares, and indoor spa). We love the small yard area (though there were some people walking into our side from time to time), good place to have morning coffee. Staffs were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Free milk for coffees everyday! Daily room service.

The walls of the room weren't really blocking any noises. We ended up hearing a lot of stomping/running/jumping from the family upstairs during our stay. There were also lots of insects inside and around the property (but insect spray is provided for us).

Couldn't leave rach slider open at night as others quest could come onto our balcony

Excellent location. Very warm welcome,friendly staff. Clean apartment. Close to other amenities. Excellent view of Lake from our room.

Accomodation was tired, dated and run down. Was like stepping back in time.
