I didn?t have any instructions on where the kitchen was..

For a property listed as a hostel, are bed and bathroom was more like a boutique hotel. Quite spacious and with a nice bathroom. The shared kitchen was well equipped. Nearby are many good pubs and restaurants and the lakeshore is round the corner.

Quite a long walk and up two staircases with bags required stamina.

Good location, Very close to lake.

The bar across the street was playing live heavy metal music，was too loud. We thought it would end at 10:30 or 11 pm, but the screaming and yelling continued until 2:30 am. The noise was so loud that we couldn't fall asleep.

a good location for some - if you are a fan of fun in the surrounding businesses/pubs and clubs (and then go to bed very late)

Great location near the lakefront.

Stairs. They did move me to a room on the 1st level at my request...but even with the lift to the 1st floor there were stairs. Also the change meant a less comfortable room...my choice to not do stairs with luggage. But just an FYI for those who may struggle with stairs.

No place in room for our stuff, hooks on the wall or luggage rack or shelving would have been enough.

Location was the deciding factor as I was gigging over the road, good shower.

Room on third floor lift only goes too first floor, long haul with suitcase. tiny room, toilet seat broken, DJ noise from downstairs bar didn't finish till 3am not too much sleep.

We had a gig at one of the nearby pubs, so it was super convenient for us, and you can park on the streets and go to the gig without wasting any energy or time. That was our main reason to choose that accommodation, also cheap.

The "heater" was a joke. Didn't heat at all and had a timer... and was super cold outside. The windows were very old, so all the cold was entering the room.

Central to the busy night life, appreciated the comp ear buds. Wouldn't recommend for disabled

For the price, it’s fine. The bathroom is spacious, but the room itself is a bit small. The room isn’t very well insulated for temperature or sound. One of the windows didn’t close properly, so a bit of cold air came in at night. The hotel is located near some bars, and you can hear quite a lot of music at night.

Location was awesome, parking easy. Room warm and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

The key cards didn't always work which meant having to walk up and down three flights of steps to get it sorted.On the second morning the shower water was ice cold at 7 am, that was unpleasant.

Did not sleep.

If you want to find out what it would be like to try and sleep inside a club, book this backpackers. Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep. The backpackers is located directly across from a bar which blasts 2000's music out onto the street until 3am. Never again. If you think that it's not that loud - don't worry they will turn the music up at midnight. This was a lesson to always read the reviews and check google maps before you book your accomodation.

Good location. Late check-in possible We had an en-suite bedroom.

Small rooms. Noisy neighbourhood. Staff confused our room with someone else’s booking: late check-in instructions had us opening a box with a key and an invoice to another couples booking. Fortunately, it was somewhat the same kind of room. Would have been nice to have staff around after 5 pm. I

I'm recommending this motel good for everyone cheap and also valuable services near about the lake good location guys prefer this one all amenities near about this motel

It was a short stay and very handy location for shops and restaurants.

Person on the desk didn't really know what he was doing. Couldn't accept cash and when he did eftpos struggled to get the amount correct.

At about 11pm the dance club across the road turned up it's speakers to about 1000db and that was it. No sleep till about w or 3 in the morning when it stopped. Then I realized why the room was cheap. I have stayed there before but never had the extreme noise late at night.
