Noisy,trucks,room shaking like earthquake,noisy occupants beside mynroom. Whole night making noise ,partying. Very noisy road

The location met my travel needs however it is close to a busy street and at times traffic could be heard (felt). Fortunately I did not experience any issues after 22:00.

Location was handy, easy to find and close to shops and restaurants.

Being on a major road, there's a lot of traffic noise. Also very disconcerting was the fact that our room's walls and floor would literally shake when large vehicles drove by.

The room had enough space and the bed was comfortable.It’s close to a supermarket, which was convenient.

Every time a truck went by, the whole house shook (very often, day and night), almost like an earthquake.The location is near a fire station, and the sirens were very loud on several occasions.The fire alarm also went off for no reason, which gave us quite a scare.There was no soap provided to wash the dishes.

Short walk to main street. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Very close to the road. When a truck goes by, the whole place shakes.

Great motel, we needed somewhere to stay to break our trip and this place was perfect, clean and lovely lady at counter, very helpful. Would stay here again

nothing to dislike

Check in was friendly. Room was sufficient for 3 of us and very clean and warm. A liquor store is directly across the road and the town centre is across some train tracks all in walking distance.

Clean room. Comfortable beds, nice powerful shower and Sky tv.

Location is a bit close to continuous trucks driving past.

The owners have clearly put in effort to making the apartments pleasant and we appreciated the fresh milk plus tea.

It would have been good for 2 people, unfortunately the layout doesn't work well for 4 because the toilet is through the bedroom (ie interrupting the sleepers in the bedroom every time we use the bathroom). You could also hear highway trucks from the apartment unfortunately.

Customer service was very good, Sandy was very friendly, kind & attentive.The bed and pillows were so comfortable, locations was great overall a great stay!

I've stayed on a couple of occasions, and its great value for your money.

This time around I could feel the room shake as every truck and train went past the motel. Wasn't there much during the day but at night it was a bit much.

Motel room was clean and comfortable. There were many heavy trucks going by in the daytime; we didn't notice any noise at night so we slept well. Staff very pleasant.

Staff were wonderful. Elderly mum had a fall and they were so helpful and attentive, calling the ambulance and staying while it came.Units are well equipped and anything extra needed was brought quickly (iron, extra fan). Perfect for our purpose.

The hotel is on SH1 so trucks can be noisy - I put ear plugs in and slept well.

Location, comfy bed, good shower/water pressure. Room smelt nice & fresh. The male owner was friendly. Our family booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Thank you.

The coffee cups were stained. I wish we had a sink instead of having to use the bathroom tap for the jug. We were told about the surcharge after we paid by credit card. We are smokers & our ashtray was raided each time we used it?? The compendium needs to be updated to look tidier & more professional include about servicing rooms if staying more than 1 night.

We needed a last-minute place to stay for one night and found this spot. It was clean and well-maintained. The room had a mini-fridge and microwave, which were helpful.

This is a nice little motel in Te Kuiti. Not far from the shops. The motel is clean and quiet. I like the little seat and verandah outside the front. The car park is right outside your room.
