Our room was quiet and comfortable - The welcome cookies and water bottles were great and so were the magazines. We love the handwash, shampoo etc The location was awesome - easy walking to town and the bridge.

We had breakfast on Sunday morning. We went at 10am and there was very little hot food left. This wasn't being replenished even though breakfast didn't finish until 11am.

Two bedroomed appartment overlooking the viaduct was roomy well furnished with well equiped kitched, lovely clean bathroom and great balcony. the only problem was the air con which didn't seem to work. but as it wasn't hot we managed.Resturant was good quality and great breakfast, all staff were polite and helpful.

It was advertised as a sea-view hotel and I was provided with a car-park view apartment.Very disappointing.

Very clean with great facilities & the rooms were nicely appointed.Only a 10 minute walk to cafes & restaurants.Located directly on the waterfront with great views.Plenty of free parking & staff were accomodating.

Staff were exceptional and attentive. Place was outstanding and the view was beautiful.

That i missed out on the infinity pool even though they told me but had been so busy.9

The room and furniture was very dated. We shared our deck area with another room, the food in the restaurant had no flavour and was expensive. The room was so expensive for what it was, it certainly didn’t look like the website photos.

We feel the cost of our stay, totaling roughly $850 per night plus additional fees, was not justified. The cleanliness was substandard, and we were disappointed to find that daily housekeeping service was an extra charge rather than included. A primary point of contention was the non-functioning elevator, which was inoperative for the full duration of our four-day visit, presenting a continuous hardship for our group. This combination of high base cost, supplemental fees for standard services, poor maintenance, and inadequate housekeeping demonstrates a fundamental failure to provide value commensurate with the price.

Location.Housekeeping and front desk staff were good.

The room was old and in need of maintenance and a major revamp. Doors and windows rattled in the wind constantly. Some windows meows leaked water. The bathroom air vent made noise constantly too. There were white tail spiders in the room that I had to kill. I had to ask for coat hangers as there were only a very few number in the room. The buffet breakfast was very average quality for the price. The room price was high.

We requested a quiet room, and the hotel delivered. Nice Restaurant reasonably affordable for dinner.

Breakfast doesn’t have a Continental Only option- the cooked breakfast was cold in the warming container and four rounds of the toaster on max still produced lukewarm bread making breakfast an expensive option.

Bathroom badly designed - curved shower door leaks and cannot be contained by bathmat. Shower non-flexible. Aircon too cold when in line of airflow and on same setting too warm for sleep.

We had a room with a balcony and a view over the sea. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony gazing at the view every morning over coffee and again in the evening. We also enjoyed the easy walk along the waterfront to the parks and shops each day.

Really like the heated floors in the bathroom. Lovely view from our outdoor balcony.
