Cobblestone Court Motel - Wenzel Motels

The host was lovely and informative, texted us a map of our room location, checked if we needed anything else. Room was very clean and tidy, the room was serviced daily which was so lovely to come back to at the end of the day

The staff were great to communicate with, we appreciated how tidy and warm it was. Everything was topped up on a daily, and my kids loved it.

No downfall we enjoyed it.

Comfortable & clean

Shower drain need attention as it was clogged up & the water wasn’t draining well

Location, the size of accommodation. The staff very helpful and friendly. Everything about the Motel was a positive experience

Awesome motel, great receptionist, very helpful. Clean and tidy, well equipped

Nothing to complain about

Very convient location… easy to find, close to town , shopping and fish n chips . Friendly welcome , hassle free .

Ra the on-site Manager was excellent to deal with and when we struck a problem was there quickly to sort.

Lighting in the main living/bedroom could be better.

Exceptionally friendly host, the rooms were a good size, and close access to local supermarket. Short drive to Tauranga city centre and Mount Maunganui. Well appointed kitchen, and uber eats delivers promptly. Nice sized swimming pool, and relaxing area to lounge in around it. Ample off street parking.

Aside from a rather odd guest in the room opposite ours, who would stand in his doorway watching you in just his underwear (less than ideal with our 6 year old daughter) and not having really any way to achieve privacy save for shutting our curtains - the only other thing that would have been amazing is just a small armchair or similar in the room, the dining chairs were our only option to sit aside from laying on the bed.

Peaceful location set back from the road. Lovely welcome. Modern, clean, and well equipped room with comfy bed, and parking right outside. Pool was very nice to use. Supermarket and takeaways just a few minutes away, but not much else in the vicinity. Used as a base for exploring the Bay of Plenty by car, and conveniently located not too far off the main highway.

The location was a short distance from where we had to go. We were welcomed with a cold drink and made to feel special. A friendly welcoming environment, the pool was awesome to cool down in. They had everything we would have required if we had stayed longer. Two rooms so my brother could have the big bed while I had the choice of twins in the other.

Maybe fan in little room, I had windows shut for road noise.

Great location, super friendly staff, bonus was the pool.

Location, comfort, kitchen facilities, pool. Very happy with my stay.

Probably only thing was the speed at which the hot water got the shower to temperature. Would take some time. Very minor.

Friendly staff, easy checkin, clean room, great facilities!

Clean and tidy - the couple operating the motel were friendly and very helpful, would recommend as a good place to say within the area - close to supermarket and only a couple of mins to town - could walk if you wanted to

No issues

Clean, well kept, quiet, no road noise, spacious room comfortable, big screen tv. Close to supermarket and takeaways on nearby strip. Good fish and sweet potato chips.

Reception was a young teenager - any questions had ro be referred to lady out of sight behind the office. Desk lamp - no cable to plug it in. Loved the shower gel dispenser in the shower, but soap dispenser over the hand basin was empty and the plunger didn’t work. Fresh milk decanted into a small bottle, but not sealed or labeled. Used our own.

Thanks for accommodating our needs during our one night stay in Tauranga. Very clean room, couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Added touch having the bath robes, coffee pods and lovely shampoo/conditioner.

Got into the pool and noticed it was not heated, couldn’t enjoy a swim.

Great location and perfect for a small family stay.Everything you need is in there.Clean and tidy

Excellent location for access to Mount and Tauranga. Unit well equipped, and presentation excellent
