Was excellent. After travelling all day was great to relax then carry on. Quiet. Convenient location. Great communication with the motel.

The 2 bed cabins were clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Showers clean but need the heads soaked to let more water out. Very helpful team, able to accommodate our need to park 4 towed vehicles.

Not something the team could do much about but lots of Mosquitoes came in to our room overnight. Needed the window open as it was very warm but this let the bugs in. Apart from that all good.

Large spacious lounge/kitchen area, bedrooms were a good size. Good shower. There was a good supply of tea, coffee and sugar.

Toilet was not cleaned. No milk for tea/coffee supplied.

The bed was very comfortable

The noise from nearby bar was very loud well after the 10pm noise curfew And the awaken by truck's rumbling past at 5am

The location

The road noise was quite noisy. But after 10pm, it became quiet.

We weren’t offered breakfast and had to ask for milk. Given to us in a jar with a screw lid

The swimming pool wasn’t very clean. With lots of mosquitoes or midges floating on top of the surface

Worst accomodation in my entire life, beds were shocking , mirror leaning on the vanity & just plain rip off! Husband refused to stay the night so drove home after wedding !

A great unit to stay in. A relaxing stay. Handy to everything actually. Clean and tidy. Quiet. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Great place to unwind. Thankyou.

The bed was sooooo comfy, probably the best out of the few motels/hotels in Tauranga I've stayed in (as I stay in Tga often). It was actually a really nice place to stay, would definitely recommend!!

There was a few ants in the room the first night and the lack of cooking facilities, also the driveway isn't good for lowered vehicles

Just needs a few things fixed no rail for hanging clothes,and maybe a fan over summer.

No milk in fridge but think might be cause we got there late and reception never thought about it

The surrounding environment was nice, quiet and peaceful. The chalet itself was quite spacious.

The floor didn't feel clean and the couch was old and stained, making it a little unpleasant.

It shows some age, but very functional.

Currently, the traffic into Bethlehem gets backed up big time, especially in the afternoon. Some people complain about "zippering" to let others in, but it works really good here.

The bathrooms were not clean. There was a spider in the bathroom The reception lady was so rude The washing machine and dry are too old. Clean the clothes properly or dry

Very nice and comfortable ,no stairs,shower pressure was very nice , nice and aired out when we arrived , fresh towels every day and bed made, even dishes done thank you

Some of the painting could do with a freshen up around the bottom of the bathroom doors, the vanity was very old and had some water damage ,the toilet had some hard water stains (CLR should remove it) shower was clean but could have done with a deep clean around the drip strips and the tray . There was no hot plate or electic fry pan .

Very clean and tidy room with a high ceiling, comfortable bed and Sky TV.

You'll always get some road noise, as it's right on a major highway roundabout.

I stayed here as I had a wedding to go to about 10 minutes away and it was a central point for that. The staff were friendly and quick at responding for an earlier check in and later check out, which was appreciated. The room was large and had all the amenities needed for my stay, thanks for having me.

The motel is located right beside the motorway/roundabout so is very noisy at night and hard to navigate crossing roads and walking around.
