Location was great, but that's about it.

The overall value for the price paid was definitely not worth it. The spa tub in the room for example had green muck all around the edges and the room did not feel clean either could tell it was a quick polish over. Would not stay here again.

There was no breakfast included with the stay

"I didn’t like the smell of the room. They should add a diffuser or some kind of room fragrance to make it more relaxing, especially since guests have to stay there overnight."

Central location with secure parking. Close to main sights, the harbouring restaurants. Reception staff went out of their way to help answer our questions.

Zero fuss, and no problems. Great location.

Mattress a little uncomfortable (though not too bad). Bathroom could use some repainting soon - but not a big deal at all.

Heat pump had no remote control and didn’t work properly

The location was just right 4 going into town 4 meals etc plus it was a short drive to our conference venuee

The Hot tub wasnt working and we had to call the manager, who promptly helped us with a workaround as it was not possible to get it fixed at such a short notice. The hob in the kitchenette was not warming up at all, and we couldnt cook anything for the kids. That was not ideal.

The carpet was dirty in the room and needed shampoo or wash. I got a flee bit from the bed.

I tried to explain to the staff, and they started arguing about cleaning and bed bugs. Not even giving me a chance to speak ?.

The room was big, and the inn is in a great location. Beds were super comfortable and sheets clean and crisp. Air-conditioning worked well. Nice kitchen set up, and a spa bath in the bathroom. Shower pressure was great.

Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Close distance to shops and most places.

The room was small for a family of four. Room service was done each day , however there was not enough towels and would have preferred a vacuum of the room.

Bed was quiet uncomfortable, not enough cooking utensils, And the way l was spoken to by the old man the morning l left was so disrespectful wouldn't go back again as he has no respect for women, tried very hard to not respond to his negative behavior

The location was excellent, the room spacious and clean. The staff (girls) were awesome. Nothing was any trouble.

Our hosts were exceptionally accommodating given our circumstances following surgery. The motel is well located for out of town guests needing overnight accommodation near to the Skin Centre or Tauranga Hospital. We appreciate the kind and generous attention we were given.

The rooms very close to each other not very good isolated. Can hear next door tv and noise from out site. But staff very friendly and helpful

The wifi was terrible. We cannot connect most of the time. The coffee provided and the milk was bland.
