Roselands Motel

Very clean and comfortable , friendly welcome from staff.

We walked into a nice clean unit. Smelt very clean.

We couldnt connect to the internet tv. Even though there it said it has connected. It also said there was a fan in the closet, but there was nothing so you need update thete guest book We eventually found the air con remote. We were smokers, so they gave us a ashtray so we went out the back door to smoke and found butts on ground. But over all, it was a lovely stay with lovely staff.

The self contained Room was very clean with a recent makeover completed. Has a small kitchen/dining area, sofa lounge and bathroom. The hotel also has a laundry facility to wash & dry your clothes which was handy while travelling. Only a 10 minute walk to the Marina and cafes, bars & restaurants.

Staff member was very helpfulLocation was handy to all amenities Good parking Offered an extra room as there wasn't enough beds for guests

Location and friendly staff

Weak shower.Room was noisy being near entrance, crying baby next door, maintenance in room above. We had asked for a quiet room, but understand this is not always predictable.

They were very accommodating with our special requests. The room smelled fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. They left us a decent amount of milk.

Lovely unit, nice little grassy area at the back, fully fenced, great for our dog, who was lucky enough to stay with us. Very friendly, helpful staff and a great location, easy walk to CBD and shops.

Property was well maintained, cleaned and located at good location.

Room was provided with fan, which I felt was slightly disappointing keeping what money was paid. Mistakenly didn’t notice it while booking.

Friendly Staff - great location and pet friendly. Clean and well presented. It exceeded our expectations.

The Motel exceeded our expectations.

Clean modern room. Manager was nice and helpful and cheerful

To far from town ( supermarket)

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and quiet only a short walk to all the local amenities.

The property met our expectations.

Super comfortable, friendly staff, well appointed and great location.

Couldn't get wifi to go next morning but was checking out so not a major. If I had stayed later, I would've asked at reception.

Location was fantastic

Kitchen and bathroom are looking a bit tired but it was still very comfortable and the staff were pleasant. Bed was extremely comfortable which is the most important thing.

Room was nice and clean, facilities were great. Bed was nice and comfy

Very friendly staff.ComfortableOnly stayed 4 nights out of 5

Refund for 1 night less not offered though I did not ask

Location was perfect. Check in was easy. The milk in the fridge was a nice touch that is often overlooked in other motels.

There was nothing we didn't like

Very clean and the staff were awesome. The cleaners did my morning dishes as I had a conference to go to and came back later in the day to find they had washed them.

The pillows were quite hard. There were 4 of them, which was nice but all a bit hard.

Amazing, welcoming and friendly staff and a lovely small motel in a nice quiet location but still close to town.

A bit out dated, the fold out couch was very hard we had to sit on the cushions, the beds were really firm (ok if you like firm beds) The noise from the room above ours wasn't loud but was loud enough to hear sliding door opening and closing and water running. Overall we didn't have an enjoyable or comfortable night.

The location was good and the accommodating for a late check in was appreciated

It wasn’t very clean, there was card in our assigned car park and they didn’t put a stop to a loud group of people who were banging around outside most of the night

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was very clean, comfortable bed

The only improvement I'd recommend is updating the shower. The pressure is not great at all
