Love the quiet location, friendly staff, clean, roomy and tidy rooms.

Well renovated older building offering larger rooms. The comfortable retro furnishings suit the building. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful owner / manager at the reception desk.

All good, it exceeded expectations.

Location was ideal, looking out to the water, quiet street. Felt homely. Layout of the apartment was ideal.

The apartment was advertised with a view. The view was really impressive with full windows overlooking the water. Do be advised there are multiple rooms, some without views. Chris checked us in and worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. It was a very pleasant stay and a full value

I should have looked at the map a little closer. The property is near downtown and about a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beach near Mt. Maunganui town and beach. It was a fairly easy drive and you can get an Uber for under $10 USD.

Lovely helpful friendly staff. Clean comfortable and tidy place easy walk into to the town/Mount. Only downside was the rooms were more basement type, looking out onto banks going up, no views as shown in the picuture or of the Harbour!

Beautiful location. Very comfortable apartment.Very close to Memorial park. Short drive to Mount Manganui, with stunning beaches.

Very nice deco, beautiful apartment, has all the nice facilities, very comfortable with a garden view. Sitting close to city center with several minutes drive, and walking distances to supermarket and fast food restaurants, didn't explore more due to one night stay. It's still quiet and walk out to the cul-de-sac, you can see the water, the view offers an atmosphere of serenity.

Nothing much, if bedrooms have air conditioning, it would be perfect.

The staff are friendly, the beds are VERY soft, if that's your preference you will love this place, for us they were too soft and caused a lot of back ache, the staff were however very accommodating in helping us to find a solution, they have portable beds that are firmer so we used one of these instead. Nice spot by the harbour.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils etc but not with things like olive oil, you would need to bring anything with you to be able to utilise the facilities. There is a terrible smell coming from under the sink and the drain outside, mainly when you open the cupboard rather than constant, but a bit unpleasant if you want to make use of the garden space.

That I didn’t get the harbour view lol. I booked off the photo but I didn’t get that room amc I thought I was getting the room with the view.

Management was extremely helpful and understanding of a request to host extra guests for the afternoon which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was immaculately clean and presented and perfect for our family with space for everyone. Highly recommended as an accommodation option in tauranga and will definitely be back in the future.
