Hotel on Devonport

The noise levels from other guests and views was not what was promised below surrounds not clean

It was quiet and comfortable in the room liked the balcony.

I didn’t know the lounge wasn’t open on Saturday due to event.

Had a balcony and over looked the water, close to restaurants, undercover parking for small fee was better than parking on the street

Was a bit warm unsure of the ac, Tauranga Club on site was members night didnt feel like we should intrude even for a drink

Comfy beds. Good parking. Great bathroom.

Small lifts and long wait times to exit.

Harbourview room was awesome and especially to wake up with the sun rising and the beams of sun coming through the balcony sliding doors.The complimentary snacks were also awesome.

Having the construction visible in the 2nd room. It was lucky it was holiday season or else the noise could of been an issue.

The room was a good size for a 2 night stay. The location was central to the city, easy walk around the city. Bed was comfortable. The complimentary snacks were greatly appreciated. The best part of our stay was dining in the restaurant on the 5th floor. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. The food was well presented, cooked to perfection and delicious. Compliments to the chef and all the staff working in the restaurant.

Handy to bus stops, cafes and walking on the waterfront.

The need for a small dining table and dining chairs where you can sit down and eat.

Comfy room, great location, well equipped, complimentary nibbles and water.. reserved parking for a small fee..

Although it’s a hotel we couldn’t get ice. In days gone by you’d get a welcome drink and now you can’t get ice.

On the booking form we said we would arrive at 2pm . we arrived at 2pm but the room was not ready. we had to wait until 3pm for the room to be ready.

Location good. Check in / out smooth. Good room

Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. We had a Good sea view room.

The resturant wasnt open for the holiday period which I thought was odd and the beds were too soft for me.

I had no breakfast. No idea that I could have ordered breakfast prior. Due to time the event I attended ended after the time for breakfast orders. Also there was a lack of information of what was available that was alternate to this.

As above. Also I enquired about parking and given the reply that parking was limited and I would best park on the main road. Did I really have a choice??

Would have liked more towels. 2 isn't enough. I use 1 for my hair and 1 for my body. Unfortunately the Tauranga club was closed for Christmas. Understandable and nice for staff but disappointing for visitors.
