New and clean rooms, nice view

The breakfast was very very basic and no good quality, next time I would skip it

Central location on ground floor. Easy check in and friendly staff. Parking outside our room. The modern design of the room was thoughtfully put together. It was very clean and had everything we needed in it. Light Continental Breakfast was adequate

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Spotless Bedding and towels soft and not dusty. Easy parking. Quiet.

It was very clean, easy to check in and out. In a really good location, close to shops and food places.

Clean easy to get into. We arrived late after reception had closed, they text and gave great directions for picking up the keys and accessing the building.

Good location in the city close to shops and water views as well. Nice and quiet as well. Nice light breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Place was exceptionally clean. Parking was easy.

Great location, large room, well-equipped bathroom.

We arrived late, instructions to access our room were easy and clear. Our room was clean & bright, had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Air con wast great. Hotel was easy to find had good security. Highly recommend

Bathroom was a little pokey but still workable.

Felt like luxury, so well presented. Decor was immaculate.

Could hear everything happening outside the room. The hallways and stairwell were noisy.

This hotel was walking distance to everything within the CBD and very quiet.

Guy at the desk was kind.Room Was super clean, very modern and tidy. Bed was comfortable!!Close by to shops- went for a nice walk. Could hear people down the hallway as they were going to their room but they were nice and quiet at night time. Will definitely be our go to place to stay next time we come to Tauranga. Highly recommend. Thank you

Very clean modern place with everything required for a short stay

Communication was excellent. Location brilliant. Room, decor, beds, linen all lovely. The disability accessible shower and non-slip floor a great relief for my Dad. Shower pressure, towels, bodywash were all very nice too.Free WiFi much appreciated.If we had to have a view of a block wall, the fake greenery was a nice addition.

It's a pity the only way to have fresh air is through a window that brings in a lot of noise. We only opened the window once. There was no dishwashing liquid, so I had to wash dishes with just hot water. It was difficult to get the room temperature right. Soon after we arrived, the room felt hot. I checked, and the heat pump said it had a room temperature of 25 ° so I adjusted the temperature setting down to 22°, a temperature I'm usually comfortable with. The room eventually got cooler. When I thought it was about right, I decided to try and set it at that temperature. The monitor said it was 24° but it felt colder. I gave up. We looked for a throw blanket but couldn't find one and settled for sheets. It would have been nice to have a complimentary cookie with our first cup of tea on arrival, but it wasn't hard to go to the supermarket to get some.I tried to turn off the lights when we went to leave but when I opened the door, they all came on again.

Lovely and clean,good location if you need to be close to town.the manager was nice and accommodating.

we had to keep the curtains closed,the neighbours can see right into the room every time they went onto their deck,or from their living area. our room was quite small, more suitable for 1 person.

Clean, modern, tucked away but close to CBD, lights in the room were pretty cool, loved the coffee machine. Pretty modern accomodation and very quiet.

It was a nice place to stay, but I wouldn't stay again.
