Clean, everything we needed. Good laundry.Very warm, even without a heat pump.

Banging noises, when other units turn taps on/off it kind of echoes in the walls. Otherwise, it's a very nice quiet place.

Bed was comfortable

The floor was slippery, the bathroom floor was dangerously slippery after a shower and there was a major ant problem.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was super accommodating! And the units are well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The highlight for me was having a washing machine in the unit also the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset! Location is perfect

The accommodation overall is a great place to stay just a few little things not major that may need to improve on

there were no breakfast bowls in the kitchen, and we couldn't read the wifi so therefore were unable to use it could have called but a little late, also smoke alarm needed Battery replacement otherwise fine only small things not major

There was a lot of dust in the room on the blinds. The room was also very hot. The fans helped a bit.

Friendly man at check in. Nice clean room. Parking right outside the room. Room on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi. Met our needs.

I have no idea as they didn't book us what was requested.Where we sat inside a unit to find some other accommodation at the last minute seemed clean.

Booking was confirmed. Arrived to be given keys to studio with 3 beds. Sorry 3 adults, this would not suit, or booked. Confirmed was a two bed apartment. Then given another set if keys ..still no hood, one bed in lounge and double bed in bedroom. Back to reception. No 2 bed available, all booed. Have thus ir refund. We took the refund.Did not appreciate being asked to read out the booking description of what I had booked on their paper work. Felt lije I was in the wrong till I read it. Receptionist was no help. We dud find somewhere. Mire expensive, beautiful, and very friendly staff.

Good location. Well equipped. Nice and quiet .

The room was spacious and clean and beds were super comfy On the first day I arrived, I'm not exaggerating, but I had one of the best sleeps ever.

There was no lock on the bathroom door, so we had to let the whole family know that someone was in the bathroom.

No heat-pump. Got too warm at night to sleep comfortably, the fan supplied is insufficient.

The main reason we booked this motel specifically was because it was walking distance to our parent's house. From that perspective, the location suited us. Having a car, we also found it convenient to The Crossing, the Mount, Welcome Bay and various other places we needed or wanted to visit.The rooms were large enough to make our 5-night stay comfortable.The kitchen and bathroom facilities were as expected, but helped make our stay comfortable.Good parking, not too noisy given the nearby busy intersection, and nice to have a little patio area out the back of the unit.

The maintenance on this property felt overlooked, with things being a little worn or run-down (EG. the spas).The security could do with beefing up - there were no door chains or peepholes. We had a 3 am visitor knocking on our door one morning which could have been very scary if I (female) was on my own. One of our rooms, the back door was not lockable, and was only secured by a flimsy bolt. Again, had I been there on my own, I'd have been very concerned.We appreciate it is a motel and not a 5-star hotel, but the daily cleaning was a little disappointing. Towels were changed, but bedding was only changed after 7 days, and general cleaning (wiping down the bathroom, sweeping/mopping floors, making beds) did not appear to be done. The instructions stated they would not move personal items and would only make beds if these were clear. I left our bed clear of any personal items, but was disappointed to find this not made.

The pool was lovely, and cleaning staff were very nice.

Customer service of front desk was lacking any customer service. in saying this, we were very grateful we could get into out room a couple hours early.

We like Tauranga and the area where we stay

The staff is the primary dislike. I have never experienced this kind of staff rudeness to myself and my children. There was no customer service nor a willingness to be polite with their words when asked for basic questions. We were refused for the key unless we pay $600 extra when we booked for a two-bedroom with a maximum of six people is permitted. This is their practices where they have previously refused key access and charged extra with other customers. DO NOT GO THERE!

That parking was provided, and the pool was nice and clean. Also that there was a back door for air flow. Location was great and near to most of what we needed.

If I was staying here in the middle of summer I personally would of struggled with the heat as there is no AC and tile floors, but they do provide a fan so that made it comfortable enough for me.Other than than it was perfect.
