Good units, quite well equipped, clean and quiet at night.great fridges in camp kitchen.

Camp kitchen lovely big space, however ovens very poor, could not heat enough. No plates etc, no cooking pots and pans and hardly any tea towels. Not enough hot water, kept running out to do dishes had to boil kettle

Last minuter winter escape, the kids loved the indoor heated water park and the pool. Close to the beach and town. Great facilities, will stay again.

Lots of activities for the kids.

Wasn’t very clean, maintenance out the front of our room all weekend, the power went out. Pool was shut. The beds were so horrible I’ve come home sore.

Stayed in the eco tent and it was great. Had everything you needed. Beds were comfy, heating worked great and the kitchenette had the basics.

The ensuite in the eco tent is very small with not much room to get dried and dressed.

The water play areas and mini golf

Appeared tight on space for cars to enter, leave and check in. Need to drive incredibly carefully as entrance/exit is a main area for kids to walk.

Everything! Best caravan park we have ever stayed in. We had a poolside villa it was perfect ?

We didn't dislike anything, but if I could offer some feedback we arrived when the office was closed so we couldn't get our pool bands til the following morning, would have been better if they were joined to our keys in the lock box. Otherwise perfect place

Loved the water park, loved the eco tent, loved the environment, loved the gardens at the park, loved the staff assistance.

Location was good, clean and tidy. Easy to work with late check in

Shower only stayed hot for about a minute or 2 at max then went stone cold. Had to turn it off a couple of times and start again and then the problem repeated.The gate key was very difficult to get to turn, it may be worn out.

Close to the ocean and quite location

Small children riding bikes and scooters with no adults in supervision it was hard seeing them when backing out

Facilities were great, staff members were extremely helpful ☺️. Walking distance to the beach. My little girl loved her stay.

Too many cabins too closeFridge door had one shelf missing , which limited what we could store in it. (We reported it)

Comfort accommodation, close proximity to everything.

Cabins were not sound proof. Could hear chairs constantly dragging from close by cabin.

It was just as described and didn’t disappoint. Easy to check in and out. Wonderful shower!

The top step out of the property needs a yellow strip as the further two steps have.

Facilities and cleanliness of the park are unmatched!

the parking spot was pretty tight for our cabin but that's being a bit petty

Staff where extremely helpful and friendly Deluxe cabin clean and comfortable

Standard cabin a bit small

Location was nice

I didn’t sleep a wink because my bunk had so many ants in it. There were on dresser beside me and in my bed. I killed many but they kept coming in continuously! It was awful! Due to this I didn’t sleep a wink it was a terrible night

LocationWe visited to spend time with relatives in the foreshore caravan parking areas, so we made no use of all the facilities and entertainments provided in the main cabin areas.

Carparking angle at H08 too tight to comfortably move into the provided space. Breakfast bowls provided too small :)

Merimbula as a destination

Very poor position of our accommodation. It was at the end of a row at the back of the park and we had to reverse 60metres to get out. Very dangerous with lots of young children about.

Facilities were amazing, the eco tent was a great experience, kids loved it, and not being a camper myself was great to be able to give them the camping experience. Also loved having our own private bbq. Highly recommended this park

I feel like having to use a key to get to reception was annoying as it's something you don't tend to carry around. Would be better if gate could be accessed with pool bracelets instead of carrying a separate key,
