Room was very old and needed renovating

Country Australia customer service, good location, and the breakfast packs were the a great touch, perfect before a big ride

Everything was good as advertised. We delayed with out check in but reception lady was waiting for us. Room was prepared and A/C was turned on.

Everything was good, the staff was polite, ready to help, the bathroom was clean, the bed and bed linen were great!

Beds were very comfortable... It was nice and clean...

It was windy and the door rattled all night.... Tiling was shabby...

Breakfast was a good bonus, Clean room, Comfy bedWater was hot and strong

The included continental breakfast in room was a big advantage as i left early. The wifi was good and tv picture clear.

Friendly staff and great rooms. We stayed as a family of 4 (including a baby) and their was enough space for all of our stuff as well as not feeling cramped. Will stay here again

The woman who I dealt with over the phone and in person was very friendly and very helpful. It was reassuring to have a nice friendly person and a nice clean room to arrive at after driving for a lot of hours.

Amit met/exceeded expectations and also the food recommendations in town were much better than we expected.

Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was fantastic - hot and great water pressure. The room contained all the amenities you need and was the perfect place for a short stay. The continental breakfast that was included in the price was very good. The motel manager was a lovely lady who was super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the Ship Inn.

looking for a place to stay one night. Room was clean,comfortable and quiet ; basically all we wanted.

The motel was nice and quiet, even though it is on the main road. The beds and pillows were very comfortable & the bathroom was spacious. The room includes a microwave, toaster & kettle.

On the website it says breakfast is included, and shows a photo of the breakfast room with toast, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. The website also says the breakfast room is available to enjoy your breakfast…….however they haven’t used the breakfast room for a long time, and breakfast includes a packet of cereal, a tub of two fruits, a juice box of orange juice & a muesli bar included in your room. Time to update the website to show an accurate representation of breakfast, as this is actually the reason I booked this motel.

My only complaint is that the bed was so hard I found it hard to sleep This is the main reason I don't like to travel as all beds in accommodation seem to have a super hard bed and my home bed is plush so I feel it instantly. But everything else was great. Lovely to have the breakfast already prepared in the room so that I could eat when I wanted too. Room was clean. Staff were lovely as was Penny the horse out the back. I loved the murals on the walls outside of the building.

Bed is hard bring a underlay with you.

After a long day of driving, it was easy to find - right off the main road. Owners are exceptionally nice & helpful. Very clean, comfortable. I got a good night sleep and enjoyed the many birds in the morning.

No complaints
