Quality Inn & Suites Traralgon

Great place to stay rooms are clean and modern very nice

Internet was poor quality trying to work on my iPad kept dropping out need to look at that to improve the guest wifi

Clean, good location

Bed not comfortable. Internet almost unusable

Room was clean. Bathroom door did not shut properly; shower door did not have a latch so did not shut securely so water got all over the floor. Breakfast was included but it was just toast and cereal. Advertised as a continental breakfast. Handle missing from wardrobe door

It was clean

Shower great bed great and very clean

Great shower, comfy bed.

Ants from one side of the room to the other.

The size of the twin room was great. There was plenty of space for our suitcases and also different bench areas for tea/coffee/food and for my laptop work space. Laundry was free and easy to use. The self-serve coffee machine at breakfast provided delicious coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The free wi-fi was slow and the room was very tired (broken light switch, etc) but for the price it wasn't really a concern.

My room was spacious and fairly clean. The bed was comfortable.

The toilet was leaking, making noise all night. Breakfast was very average. Signs of ware and tear on the carpet and furniture.

The room was presented well, clean & comfortable

I was disappointed with my dinner as the chicken fillet need to be cooked longer

Only continental breakfast available which I did not have. Did give me disabled room which I was grateful for.

Breakfast offering. Room in need of upgrade

The staff were really helpful and pleasant it was like having family take care of you. Kept the room clean, left you alone but were approachable and understanding if you needed anything

Couldn't fault it.

Location and the door has a latch and a lock. And we had a roof over our head so we didn’t get wet.

It was run down, I wasn’t sure if it was operational. There was no one at reception on arrival. And frequent altercations with tenants near our room.

NOTHING!!!

Was extremely dirty and stuff was rude and didn't do anything about it we had the shower and air con licking and they didn't care at all.

Easy check in and reasonable for one night stay coming back from Melbourne late

N,/A

False advertising. Once was a classy Motel. Now run down and not well cleaned. One bed propped up on broken bricks, tiles broken and shower wall partially unattached. Incredibly we slept well. We booked a queen room and got a twin.

Shower had good water pressure and clean. The room location was quiet. Bedding was clean.

The surrounds were tired, needed maintanence. Needs external gardening and cleaning. While the room was freshly painted, the carpets were threadbare. There were no towel rails.

not much

window, cracked tiles. cobwebs, not very clean, had to chase up receptionist. Wouldn't recommend.

We upgraded our room from a queen suite to a king suite, which had a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom had been renovated and was huge. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and a huge rain shower head. The external area around the property looks untidy which made us sceptical at first but the updated rooms are great. The rear aspect of the room has a large sliding door and views towards the local golf course.

The fridge was tiny and made storing food for a weeks stay tricky. It would be great to have a small kitchen sink.

The beds are comfortable. Had a great shower

Wasn't the cleanest. Cups was dirty mould on the curtains and the top sheet wasn't the cleanest. Also the front door didn't lock properly and the next door hotel was left partially open all night.

Hasn’t been updated since the eighties

Spa bath working, clean outside area

We booked a King sized room with twin beds. They gave us a room with a king sized bed. We had to ask to be moved. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The cold water tap came off in the shower. Wifi worked well. Staff were helpful.

The outside of the motel was extremely run down. It needed painting There was rubbish around the property. eg. An old bike. The swimming pool was dirty. I definitely wouldn't swim in it. There was one old bbq with no knobs and obviously didn't work. The other was filthy dirty. There was a gym however it was extremely dusty. It seemed like it hadn't been opened in years or vacuumed
