The staff member I met with was very friendly and helpful. He was able to provide me with a room that was suitable for my needs.

Although some effort has been taken to modernise rooms, the shower in my room was not fully cleaned and was in need to repairs.

The Staff are very welcoming and greet you at anytime you see them. The location is fantastic, just a short walking distance to the shops.

I would recommend that the cable be upgraded along with the tv.

Breakfast was ordinary - eggs were pre made and looked unappealing. My $10 was spent on weetbix and toast.

The shower taps in room 1 need urgent attention.

Location as perfect for where we needed to be. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was fresh and clean. Perfect amount of space for one week that we were there. Walking distance to the main streets and all the restaurants, cafes, chemist and Dan Murphys.

Comfortable, clean and quite spacious for a motel room. Breakfast was basic with eggs, toast, cereal and instant coffee,but conly $10 au. Located close to everything in town.

Environmentally soaps, shampoos should be in bulk supply containers instead of small plastic packageing to help reduce plastics use.

Only a continental breakfast was available on Monday, but it was very adequate. The receptionist was very obliging and found a way for us to have an early check-in (although upstairs wasn't ideal for us)

Having only one chair in a room designed for two people was frustrating.

Staff were wonderful, plenty of parking, rooms were good. Central location, easy walking distance.Breakfast wood pretty good.

Room overlooked motorway. Very loud road noise all night.I doubt I'm the first with this complaint.Information book was dripping - cleaners had used a wet cloth and not dried table before replacing book

[email protected]​Hello,We had a booking for 2 nights at the Comfort Inn, Friday the 28th & Saturday the 29th. Kelly BartholomeuszOn the Friday night , there were many disturbances from other motel rooms. Yelling screaming, running through the complex, heckling guests when they were asked to be quiet. This continued throughout the night, I thought it stopped at 3 am when I finally fell asleep, but was told by another guest the next day they were still going at 4am. I was scared and was too frightened to come out if the room, if they saw guest looking out the window to see what was going on they were also heckled.On the Saturday morning I reported this to the motel manager and he said that another guest had reported it also and that I should have called. There was no number in the room to call. I was told I should have checked google..I said that I was thinking of moving to another motel, but the manager said the guests were checking out. I said that if they weren't could he let me know as I didn't want to stay there another night and have that happen again .Well they started again at about 8pm, & even louder . I looked out the window and they were going into the same room with a lot if people in it.We waited a little while to see if they would settle down but it seemed to be louder than the night before. I decided to leave as I was frightened, we quickly packed up (my 18yo Autistic son was with me) and put our luggage into the car, at about 8.40pm dropped off the key and rang the manager to tell him they were at it again.I was not told that they were still there & I then had to drive a few hours back to stay .We have on occasions stayed at Comfort Inn Motels and have never had any problems, now i have grave doubts. I'm writing to request a full refund for both night, we had about 3 hours sleep the first night and left before sleeping the second night.Kindest Regards,Kelly

Comfortable bed.

The room had a microwave but no crockery. The door of the bathroom wasn’t painted. Bit weird. The bathroom door locked on the inside but you’re unable to get out.

Happy with how clean and comfortable it was

Disappointed with crockery and cutlery i.e no side plates, knife's or forks.Also disappointed with air con, had it on 16 all night and room was still hot in morning also wifi said connected to my device but also then said could not provide internet access.

I wanted.to change rooms so I had a windows and they were accommodating Staff pleasant around siteCleaning staff lovely

Toilet leaked all night and shower turned off that tight i struggled to turn onWhen I was showering water was turned off for plumber to work on another unit, i was literally covered in soap and no warning

Taps in shower were poor, hot tap became to hot touch to adjust temperature. To get a usable temperature shower had to be weak dribble.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and a good size. Good parking

The room (room 14) we got only had 4 beds when we thought we booked for 5 so they gave us a room that joint with ours.Everything else was good except I believe the toilet in the joint room (room 12) is leaking from the back. It also looked like the toilet in room 14 was used and not flushed before we got in.The room was comfortable.

Bed was VERY firm. The place was nice and clean. Breakfast was disappointing. There wasn't even any real coffee.
