    Cons -

    • The cleanliness was very poor. The facilities were not well maintained. Although staff were aware that the football was missing, no one took the initiative to replace it. The ping-pong table and rackets were broken, and only one ping-pong ball was provided at the time. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The staff member at the mini-golf stall on 26 January (I did not manage to get his name) provided extremely poor customer service. I strongly suggest that proper customer service training be given again. The mini-golf area was full of leaves, and no one was cleaning it, even though the staff member was free and just sitting there. On top of that, he displayed a very bad attitude towards customers. This was supposed to be our family retreat before school started, and we thought it would be a fun place to spend time together. However, there was no prior information about needing to book in advance for the high ropes, and it was closed during the Australia Day public holiday at a holiday park. The purpose of visiting a holiday park is to enjoy the facilities and activities, yet the games were closed because of a public holiday — in a holiday park. This was very disappointing.Overall, we are unhappy and disappointed with this park. We will not be returning, nor will we recommend it to friends.
    • Coffee wasn’t open earlier enough on Sunday heheh
    • The only thing I wouldn’t say I didn’t like I would say disappointed but completely understand why was as we stayed on a week night was the ropes course wasn’t opened which was something we were super excited to try but can always do next time kids had a blast playing mini golf and enjoying the other facilities!

Nice and clean. Very new and could smell the fresh paint

Very compact and there was no closet in the 2nd bedroom, switch in toilet was not working when we wanted to use the hairdryer.

A roomy lounge/kitchen space with an overly large table that would fit eight for dinner, if only there were more than two dining chairs.

The cabin barely accommodates two people. Why would you have a large table when there is only a two-seater couch? There were two teaspoons, two forks, two knives, two soup spoons, two dinner plates, two side plates, two wine glasses etc etc etc. It felt unwelcome and miserly. We always seemed to be washing up, so we were able to eat together! The small bedroom, toilet and bathroom were restrictive and uncomfortable. There was nowhere to store luggage or leftover pillows/cushions except one narrow hanging space. Not being able to unpack for a five-day getaway was very frustrating! When the blind fell off its track and reported to reception, no one came to fix it.Towels were changed after three days with no notification from reception. Rather disconcerting to come in after being out for the day to find someone had been in the cabin.

Very clean, tidy and comfy unit that was just down the road from the hospital. Made it easy for us to rest and visit our family member.

    9AngelaPosted on: 3-23-2025

Cabin was really roomy and great for a family of 4. Nice quiet location had a great sleep.

I thought considering what I payed for 2 nights accommodation the mini golf and rope course could have been included in price. To have to pay extra was really starting to make it unaffordable for a family.

Staff were polite and informative. Large cabin with good-sized lounge/dining area. Great for a family holiday or overnight stay. Comfortable modular lounge. 2 br including walk-in robe in main. Great block out blinds and aircon for summery days. The separate toilet and carport were a bonus.

Cabin could've done with a bit of a spring clean.???

    Clean in the rooms.

Playground has some safety concerns with the flooring, there’s also barely any spots to park, our car park was taken by someone else so we had to park on the Main Street which was uncomfortable

Clean Modern new cabins and fun activities for the kids ,Also loved that there was an indoor playcentre for the children too!

    Cannot fault at all.

Staff were friendly. Kids facilities were nice.

Cleanliness of room. Safety of room. Door didn’t lock for two nights! Surely the cleaners or staff would have known about this when they “cleaned” the room before our stay. Staff did not fix door upon knowledge and waited 24 hours. Trades people on the angle grinders at 7am with their music up high. Room not clean. Couch full of stubby screw tops, pencil, bracelet, old food and for a non smoking room it had a cigarette hole in the couch. Floors were disgusting. Unsafe for babies as plastic objects left from the last guests were on the ground. Exhaust Fan is bathroom was disgusting. Fan button in master bedroom would fall off. Again unsafe for our babies. Lovely view of cigarette butts outside our balcony that had been there for sometime. Rubbish up the side of unit. Not a nice view from bedroom. Couldn’t see our car. Was at least 30 meters away. Balcony post was an accident waiting to happen. I hurt my hand climbing up the stairs with a child in my arms when I went to grab it to get leverage a piece of wood protruded into my hand. The whole balcony are on the stairs shook and was flimsy.

    Facilities for children/families

General maintenance needs to be lifted!!Barbecue was filthy with built up grease and dirty tools. Weeds all around the area.Laser gun tent kept deflating making it very hard work for the staff. Mini golf course needed to be swept of leaves and stones

    7NinaPosted on: 2-14-2025

    Good

The floors were not clean, there was food scraps and wrapping underneath the couches.

    9LorrainePosted on: 2-13-2025

An amazing place to stay with kids for a long weekend. Lots of things to do within the park. The play centre is a fantastic inclusion that the kids loved and the camp kitchen is the best I’ve seen in a park.

The oven in the cabin took a long time to heat up, so we struggled with cooking. The pool is on the small side, too.

    6LouisaPosted on: 1-29-2025

    The kids facilities

The beds weren’t comfortable & there were cobwebs in the bathroom & on the clothes line

    5AndreaPosted on: 1-27-2025

Liked the activities for kids. Location was close to town and shops/restaurants. Cabin was cosy but dated.

All activities have an additional fee. There is no zip line as advertised. The pic on booking.com of the lounge area of our cabin was nothing like what we actually stayed in. The pool was not good for little kids and the toddler pool was freezing . No pool towels provided. Pool needs to be a lot bigger for the amount of people that stay here.

    9AmandaPosted on: 1-26-2025

We loved our stay here. We travelled as a family with two young boys, they had such a blast using all the facilities and loved our little orange house. We recommend for families. The pool was sometimes late to open which was a little annoying as we have earlier risers, but other than that everything was great.
