Very friendly and clean

The room was clean and central to the town centre.Staff were also lovely and even though it was very dated, was still great value.

Handy location, great price, clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Great pressure in shower and lots of hot water.

location is great near town centre. Directly on the main highway, however room was very soundproof, so you would not know it.although the fittings are a bit dated, the room was clean and practicalappliances (microwave, kettle, fridge) in great, like new condition

TV did not have channel 9 (and could not be programmed)Heating unit did not seem to work (turned on, but did nothing to warm the room)

The staff were very friendly and happy to chat with me in Hindi .There are numerous eating options in town, just a short walk away.There is a park nearby too.I would stay there again .

However the location was a bit close to the main road so the sound of heavy articulated lorries was prevalent. The fittings and decor were quite dated, but the cleanliness was VERY good.

It was very clean, well maintained, the hosts were exceptionally helpful and great location

Room was old and dated . People are allowwed to smoke outside the rooms . the smell of smoke was coming in under the door . Very basic facilities

The washbasin is outside the shower and toilet which is not a big deal breaker . Sort of handy to have the washbasin few steps away from the bed.

The accommodation is spotless, very well equipped too, coffee, tea, milk, fridge, toaster etc... They service the room every day and replenish whatever you need. You can also ask for your towels to be changed every day.The staff/owner are so friendly and ready to help.

Great location, 3 min drive to the town center. Pleasant staff and easy to check in / out. Room was a bit damp to begin with but heating was very warm and room was pleasant after that. Water was hot and wifi was quick. Room offered streaming services

We were very pleasantly surprised at the value for money at City Gardens Motel. We were expecting far less. While dated, which we expected, our room was very clean and comfortable, and more spacious than many budget motels we stay at while on the road. The little things were all thought of, although on the highway it was surprisingly quiet, parking was easy and all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

We just stayed one night as a stopover on a long motorbike ride, but were very happy with our choice! Lovely staff, good price, clean and spacious rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

It was ok. Good shower pressure even though motel was booked out.

Dated rooms, not able to have ground floor when requested. Lack of television stations.

The motel was exceptionally clean and tidy. All staff were so friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay there again. It was honestly the friendliest and cleanest little motel I'd ever been.

The motel was small and old, but the staff tried hard to make it clean and comfortable and took alot of pride.
