Clean and comfortable and great staff

Great location and in a nice town. We really enjoyed our stay in Traralgon. The motel was clean and tidy. The room had good facilities and the Motel was very quiet. Didn’t hear any guest noise from other rooms or walkways. A great and relaxing stay. Well done team.

The reception staff have been super diligent to contact us, follow up several times to check our arrival, though we missed their call. They were highly responsive. They provided helpful instructions. The room was spotless, immaculate, beds, bathroom, floor, and every object in the room were amazingly clean. Comfortable beds, fully functional water, light, AC facilities. The breakfast is a bonus. Very good spread of breakfast items. Clean and spacious area. Highly recommended place to stay for families and all types of travellers. Thank you. We will visit again.

Very little, except the toilet seat was loose and the shower floor slippery - maintenance / cleanliness?

3rd year staying at the black bull, friendly staff, affordable, clean and excellent location. Bed very comfortable.

Shower pressure was very ordinary in our room with a rain head type shower head, unable to wash my long thick hair which was disappointing when there for 10 nights.

Very comfortable comfy beds and pillows great bathroom products.

I never thought I could feel I was at a boutique hotel staying at a motel. Friendly staff and the bonus of a continental breakfast.

In the future, air conditioning units could be upgraded to split as the current ones are super noisy (my only complaint is).

You can't tell a book by its cover, they say. Judging by the tired outside appearance the motel did not look promising - but we were pleasantly surprised once we got into our ground floor room. The motel had recently been renovated. It was clean, modern, well appointed and, importantly, a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in the price and the light continental breakfast upstairs was sufficient and didn't disappoint. All the staff we communicated with were helpful and friendly.

We found the bed a little uncomfortable

They were very helpful,friendly, and accommodating to what we needed. Plus the place and rooms were very clean, the beddings, sheets and towels . It was close to the shops . Overall, our stay was really good, and it was worth the price
