I was sorry that for the amount I paid for a Saturday compared to the cost of a Sunday night (as I accidently booked the wrong night) , that I had to go find simple things like a fork for the room and the cups were such tiny tea cups and there wasn't a microwave in the room. We were there for a basketball tournament and due to my daughters game times wanted to heat up a snack or something for breakfast but there was no bowls, normal sized spoons etc.

Good in the restaurant was not cheap but excellent, you get what you pay for. The free wine, water and packet of chips was appreciated

our King sized bed left us both having a bad back in the morning. Pillows were good

Great location with internal access to cinema. Shops near by and fitness center was the bonus.

Location away from main road. Close to town with all services close by. Brand new.

Loved everything about this Mantra Motel. Access to the restaurant, food was excellent. Water was hot, bed was comfy and room was clean. Staff were excellent.

Room was modern and clean. Could get hot at night, even with the air conditioning on. The cleaning staff do a good job keeping everything neat and tidy. Overall I felt the price was fair for the room and amenities received.

My room on level 1 was right above the bowling alley and I could hear people bowling and the pins re-stacking until the venue closed at around 11pm. This wasn’t ideal, especially when I’d asked for a quiet room specifically when booking and questioned the location of the room on check in with the receptionist. I was told that the bowling alley was at the front and my room was down the back (no mention of the fact that it was right above the lanes), so she wasn’t sure but didn’t think it’d be noisy, but if it was, it would only be until 9pm or so. I asked if there were other rooms on higher floors available, but was told there were not. So, I was stuck with the noisy room and left feeling lied to, which I didn’t appreciate. Of the Reception team I encountered they were professional (apart from being disingenuous about the noise), but lacking warmth overall and definitely unwilling to go above and beyond in terms of service.

Clean and stylish room with a wonderful bathroom, comfortable mattresses and all the extras you would expect. Staff were exceptionally accommodating to my last minute needs.

Poor soundproofing meaning that a lot of noise from hallway and corridor came into our room late at night. Little alarms on other rooms doors going off could be heard well after midnight. The coffee machine was nice but no milk to go with it seems to defeat the purpose.

Perfect location, only a short walk to the main city area. The staff were delightful and the room was so clean and well presented!

A pool or spa in the building would be a nice touch!

The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was spacious enough overall.The coffee machine in the room was great!

The beds were so hard!! They needed a soft mattress topper as it was really difficult to sleep.The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and it got very hot when someone had a shower.There needed to be a selection of coffee pod brands; Starbucks coffee pods are terrible!The carpark should be lockable with a garage door so only guests can access it. We were concerned about our car being broken into with all the 'Leave Your Car At Your Own Risk' signs everywhere.

Rooms were spacious and sound proof. Bed was very comfortable.

Buffet Brekky could have a little more variety eg: fresh fruit such as strawberries not just oranges and green apples

I liked that I felt safe in the room. It was close to the main town, I walked to most places. Good restaurants close by. Close to main shops. Plenty of recommendations on what to do on my stay there.

Room 205 Chromecast did not work. Staff spent time attempting a fix but it would appear that the wifi was unstable.
