It¿s extremely dated. Very basic.

We liked our room no 16 with its sea view, and ability to get a through draft. Staff were very friendly

We liked we were able to get a room in peak season on short notice.

Parking was a bit mish mash, it was very outdated, it wasn't a problem as we only stayed one night.

Receptionist was friendly and well located to shops and food outlets.

The motel is dated and needs sprucing up. I was asked to pay when I had already given Booking.com my credit card details.The Receptionist explained that she was having some difficulty with Booking.com.I was concerned that my card would be debited twice however it was not the case.

Basic but ok. Did the job.

Eden as a whole was dead. Half of it closed. Prob best visited in Summer

Too little parking for number of units. Not sure of cleanliness of bathroom tiled floor and shower stall. Passed on taking shower. Finicky air conditioner control and weird switch to turn on power to. Large number of stairs to get to unit for senior. No lock on screen door. Starfish handle edges on cupboard. Kettle stored under sink touching sewage drain.

Great overnight stay. Very clean and tidy. Large room, comfortable beds with extra blankets. TV and air con. Owner is a lovely lady, very helpful had a good chat. Plenty of room to park.

The lady owner is very friendly and helpful. Her family has been running the hotel for over 40 years, one of the most long-established hotel in town. But it is well maintained, and clean. The hotel is located near Killer Whale Museum (you can kill few hours here to learn about the town fishery history) and some best restaurants in town.

The road in front of hotel was under-construction made it quite dirty to get around.

Good location, basically on the edge of the main township. Property was very clean and was quiet throughout the 2 nights I was there.

The lock on the door felt a little flimsy, that made me a tiny bit nervous about leaving the room.

Very nice, cute little motel. Close to main shopping, restaurants and museums. I even decided to stay an extra night!

Location was spot on. Walkable to shops and the killer whale museum .

Loved every aspect of this motel, really pleased that I was upgraded to a room with a water view. Loved the vicinity, being close to everything in town. I would be happy to stay here again when travelling through eden. Great service and happy to help staff.

Great older motel with our room overlooking the ocean, large room with plenty of parking

I was in a refurbished room with a queen bed. The facilities were attractive and comfortable and the price was very reasonable ($110). The bed was extremely comfortable with heavy quality bed linen.

While the bathroom was very well renovated, the shower head didn't provide the water pressure I have enjoyed at some motels. The shower however was adequate.

The view was amazing, the beds were comfy. The toilet and room was clean and stocked with basic amenities like soap. Good value for money because the view and location and room are great as compared to the cost

The service was very rude. They didnt allow us to have late checkout because we had a driving license test, not even for an hour and no one replaced our room. Also we checked in late night so we hardly stayed for 11 hours vs the 24 hour avg stay. Could have allowed it perhaps?Furthermore when we humbly requested for late checkout the staff became very rude and told us we will throw out your luggage if you don't remove it within 10mins!?! The staff is family owned so when we were leaving the daughter made a point to walk across to us and shout that you were very rude to my mother even though it was quite the opposite. So I was very surprised that they are ill trianed in customer servicing specially for the hotel industry. I have stayed in numerous places globally, never seen the guests treated like that by the staff.

Cute motel with DVDs you can borrow for the night. Limit of two. I liked the decor and the family room had enough space for the two of us. it was good to have a little kitchenette with a microwave and toaster. The room doesn’t get cleaned on a Sunday but this wasn’t explained to us. Otherwise had a lovely stay.
