Quiet. Good location - walking distance to shops and eateries.

Couldn't check in until 2.30

The room was clean, a very good size and had all the amenities we needed.

The restaurant was closed on the day we were there.

Right in the centre of town close to all shopping and food outlets.

No pool, a bit disappointing considering we were staying over the January long weekend.

Enough milk cartons, coffee and tea. Clean sheets but the picture online didn't resemble the actual bedding. No top sheep but a duvet unwashed cover

Duvet. Rundown and very dated old beds that were uncomfortable. Old carpet. Overpriced and deceiving from the online pictures that must have been from years ago. Probably previous owners. Towels were cheap.

Where do I start. Bathroom was old and dirty.. Tiles in shower were greasy, sink in bathroom was yellow. Mattress was ok. Only 3 pillows were available and they were so flat I had to fold it in half to be able to put my head on it.

Disappointing

Carpets were sticky and dirty, everything smelt of dirt and dust, even the couch.The location is great but I wouldn't stay there again

Paper then walls .. could hear neighbouring room talking all night .. the heard their snoring. Very noisy. Bathroom falling apart. Mould under bath slip mat for shower. Everything out dated and old and whole place needs a revamp.

The bed was firm and very comfortable. There was plenty of coffee and tea and some biscuits for nibbles.

Very noisy, loud music close by until after ten. However it was Saturday night.The bathroom was awful and the most concerning with black mould on the ceiling and in the shower. There was no extractor fan. The doors on the vanity unit were hanging off and the doors and drawer wouldn't close, due mostly to water damage. The basin was cracked. The towels were tiny but very soft. Cleaning was under par evidenced by the dirt under the door when it was closed.When I lifted the toaster, there were crumbs under it and the kettle didn't fit under the tap! This place has had a quick fix of the bedding for photos and no other love shown for years. So sad, when a few dollars could make it great again.

The manageress was very kind and helpful in helping with the problem over my airport taxi

Super clean, easily accessible, comfortable stay and lovely lady at reception.

Poor value for the price we paid. Rooms are dated and old. Price was for the Xmas season and last available in the area. Paid top dollar for low standard accomodation

It was old and probably not renovated for a long time. Our room has 1 broken lamp and 1 without the cover

The room was the size of a shoebox with a king size bed & 70s furnishings - time warp with luxurious fees

When we left

Stupid overcharge at $468 pn. Unfair pricing relative to quality. No correlation with photos (room 16). Total rip off. Old unrenovated, basic, grubby exterior, misleading. Very poor experience. Left after 12 minutes. Did not spend the night.

Location, close to shops. Good supply of tea/coffee items. Reasonably quiet despite its proximity to main road. Friendly staff.

Room & bathroom as well as outdoor common area are in need of renovations. Bed was a little hard. Parking spaces narrow.
