Easy to find. Room had been recently refurbished & was tastefully presented. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was not opened the night We stayed, But meals were available served in room. We enjoyed 2 very nice dinners,well priced. Staff were excellen

Overnight Shelter

Trampoline beds, we overheard an elderly couple said to eachother in breakfast. Yes breakfast is without any eggs or beans etc, nothing cooked. Beds, I share my sleeplessness with my family and elderly couple I mentioned above, beds sadly very bouncy, you can't sleep on them.Cleanliness, not clean, carpets, you need shoes all the time, generally hair everywhere from previous occupants.Place has potential but money is not spent on it.

Stayed as a solo female. Great hospitality by the owners. I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Rooms a clean with some basic amenities not usual in some hotels like this. Good fridge, microwave and crockery. Pool was a bonus and nice to take a dip in. Free continental breakfast was great and the coffee machine made a decent coffee

Walking across road to restaurant in the dark was doable, but a bit intimidating. Food was very good. A few well placed solar lights would be a help to newcomers walking safely.

Good location. The receptionist Kim was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and linen are clean and new. It’s a bonus that my car could be parked infront of our room.

Breakfast was simple! Could be better with hot food and food catered for diabetics.

Top location with friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious with a twin bed and a double bed. Continental breakfast was provided. Great value for the price of the accommodation.I asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in, and the reception sent me a text message asking for my time of arrival to ensure my key was ready. When I arrived before 1 pm, Kim was very friendly, she explained to me that they had been very busy with a big group who stayed there and asked me to return around 1.45 pm. I returned after 2pm and my room was ready.We had our breakfast in the spacious and comfortable restaurant in the morning before checking out.

The entrance to the Motel is a bit hard to find, especially at night.

Only thing was that it advertised a restaurant and bar. Even on the sign out the front of property. That was the main reason we booked here. When we arrived, I was told it's only for Coach trips and functions. Didn't mention that when I booked. Continental Breakfast was included but was very basic. Very!!!

It’s among the best pet friendly accommodation. The room is modern, spacious and very clean. Although it’s out of town, but only 5 mins from the town centre and beach. Our car battery was dead on the day. We were leaving. The staff helped jumpstart our car. Really appreciate that.

The breakfast is only bread, spread and cereal which is fine, at little bit disappointed that the coffee is still instant coffee from a tube, very underwhelming experience, and on the second day even the fresh milk ran out and was not replaced and we had to use long life milk.

Josh and Sara who run the Coachman were really fabulous, they gave us great advice which led to a dream come true for one of my sisters, who was really looking forward to a fabulous crayfish meal. Josh recommended the Tidal restaurant in Merimbula and they provided the most wonderful meal and the service was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for better service from the Coachman as well I would highly recommend it. Lyn Lorkin

A longer stay

Very responsive staff to booking late in the afternoon for that night. Room and bathroom comfortable and very clean. Staff friendly and after losing earphones, went out of their way to help us to locate them and communicate with us. I would stay again. Recommended a place for dinner across the road, which was great and close by when tired from travelling.

Breakfast was exceptionally basic. Toast and basic cereal most with high sugar, long life milk. I wouldn't be lured by breakfast included if you expect anything more. Only Nescafe coffee, not percolated so had to stop to find coffee.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms & great dining area including a good outdoor deck with bbq facilities.

We stayed two nights. Super clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. Block out curtains. Parking in front of room. Friendly staff. Josh gave us great tips for things to do. According to booking.com, they upgraded us to the king room, but we stayed in a queen room. But no big deal. Didn't realise until the second night, anyway we prefer a queen bed over a king bed, so didn't complain.There was also a bbq area and a pool, which we didn't have time to use, but it looked good.Continental breakfast was included in room price. Convenient when you want to leave early, but not a fan of instant coffee, would have preferred filtered coffee.

Could hear guests next door coming and going. But I guess that's normal for all motels.

Everything was clean close to beaches room was comfortable and even my furry friend was happy

Immaculate. Very clean. Hospitality and service exceptional. Comfortable beds and crisp white sheets. The owner went out of his way to provide recommendations for dinner and to make our stay a great experience.
