Twofold Bay Motor Inn

The location. Absolutely nothing else.

The hotel at best is a 2 star. The room had a stale oder. The bathroom was dirty. The counters were old and dated. The staff asked for additional money because I booked a triple room yet my reservation stated only 2 adults, our child wasn''t listed.

The hotel offers a pleasing view of the bay and excellent location in town.

Having to pay more for a So-called “Executive” Level room as there is no elevator which made it difficult to drag the luggage up a flight of stairs.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and met our needs.

It was expensive for a basic room, but not more so than any other accomodation offered at that time of the year and in that area.

Location is very good - close to restaurants and the ocean. Room was clean and tidy as on pictures.

One room was upgraded to King room on ground level. The room was nice in a good location with a comfy bed and parking out the front.

We could not get the TV to work and the shower dripped all night because it would not turn off and we could hear it so we did not sleep well.

Good location in the main street of Eden - clean spacious room. good sized shower. Towels were changed each day. Staff very nice. Easy walk to local hotels and restaurants.

We stayed in room 19 Executive king room with spa. Beautifully furnished & great decor. The room itself was clean, spacious and the layout was obviously well thought out. The bathroom was large & had an amazing shower, we did not make use of the spa but will next time. The balcony is huge & features a lounge, dining table & BBQ, all undercover. The view over Twofold bay to Boyds tower is breathtaking, Eden itself is a beautiful town The locals are friendly & helpful. Lots of historic places to visit. The Whale museum & the Davidson family home & whaling station are a must visit. In my opinion Eden is the most interesting & beautiful town on the South coast.

Nothing to not like

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

There was no hot water in the shower, even after running the tap for over a minute. A cold shower spoils your day!

The motor inn was perfect for our trip. Clean room and comfortable

Unfortunately we had a couple of cockroaches that were in the room that we couldn't locate... assume they were in the drains

We had the family apartment which was big enough to sleep 10!! The view was spectacular and Eden was one of our favourite places.

The views of Eden's shores and the tidy motel presentation and helpful staff.

I would say we liked everything, including the hospitality and helpful staff.

Good location. Good hot water. Excellent in room lighting.

Air conditioner did not work. Microwave turntable not operative. Shower area could be cleaner. Just a little tired overall.

We had a minor issue after check in so we called the reception quite late at night. The manager was very responsive and helped us address the issue in no time. Very happy with the stay. Very good customer service

Amazing view in the king room, very welcoming and comfy property, great bed! Could have stayed there for weeks!

Shower water pressure and amount of time it takes to get warm was underwhelming.
