We loved how close we were to the beach and that we didn’t have to share it with a lot of people. The cabins were lovely. The staff were lovely and easy to communicate with.

We didn’t have any complaints.

Beach is beautiful

After the first night I asked reception if I could upgrade to a larger cabin with a larger bed as I was longer in body than the bed in my cabin. Also I found the shower cubicle too small. I was told that their :wasn't any thing atm but would be told as soon as one become available" I never heard back from reception despite seeing vacant larger cabins.At the office end of my cabin their is what looks to be a permanent residence, their is a little dog in that residence that just barks when it's left alone. Not a very pleasant situation when you can hear the thing yapping for no reason. The outdoor chairs at my cabin had bird poo on them that had obviously been dirty for some time.

Our car battery was dying by the time we pulled up at our cabin. Luckily the lady in reception gave us the contact to the local mobile mechanic Johnno who came out ASAP to remove the leaking battery. Johnno then returned 8am the next morning on my birthday to put a new battery in. Grateful that my birthday was not ruined.

The bed on wheels kept moving around and the bunk beds weren't made up.

The area and landscape was absolutely beautiful. Right near the beach. The locals were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay lots of little places to explore. Great place to take the kids.

The Cabin was decent but required some minor repairs and better cleaning

Service was extremely poor. No services at all for a 7 night stay. No cleaning. We had to ask for toilet paper and some extra consumables. Even then it was a bit of a struggle to get what we needed.

We feel very fortunate to have been upgraded to a better, and indeed the best room! It has truly made this family trip one of our favourites! My kids even said, "This is the best Christmas holiday ever!" We really appreciate your wonderful team and the amazing staff here. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, which has made our stay even more enjoyable. The room is very spacious and has everything we could possibly need, not to mention it's less than a minute’s walk to the beach. We are very grateful for everything and would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year!

I can't think of any, everything is perfect!!!

The location on the beach was really nice.

The staff had not organized to make the beds despite having a 4 person booking. Spent first 15 minutes after our long drive making beds. Was told they do not make the beds and I should have made a special request if I wanted them made. Ridiculous. After questioning why they asked if I would like to stay elsewhere Really rude interaction.

The combination of Creek with forest background with native birds (heron white egret, oyster catcher) appealed to me and enabled me to relax and enjoy my first holiday park experience.

Cabin was small and lacked comfortable seating, I used my own camper chair. The double bed fully occupied the bedroom which meant you couldn't unpack your bag.

Mattress was the worst . Not even a small kid will enjoy that bed. I ended up sleeping on the floor as it was so uncomfortable and If I continued sleeping on that bed its a guaranteed back injury for life. When you are on the floor you feel the smell of the floor and around which made me feel like a holiday anymore. Staff showed as if they are helpless as other rooms are the same. I was there only for 2 days so I didnt cry like a baby. No I wont go back there again.

We loved everything ! The location, the cleanness, the size and equipment of our cabin (we benefitted from an upgrade, thanks again ❤️❤️), the terrace overlooking the beach ! It was just wonderful!

Beach front villa has amazing views and it was like a private beach for the park

So tidy and well kept always staff around cleaning communal areas and bbqs

Staff are lovely, location is excellent, nice and clean, we will be back!

Beach & our upgraded room was lovely

The studio room we originally booked had the bed RIGHT beside the kitchen sink. That had not been made clear in the photos. While we would have been happy with studio, being sooo close was too much. We appreciated staff upgrading us to another cabin when we spoke up.

Location. Private beach was georgous. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean.

The spare room didnt have sheets.The fridge was sticky with door glue.Floor was covered in sand on arrival.Dead flies in the shower when we arrived.Kitchen utensils had to be cleaned before use.
