That their in hi ouse store does not use an eftpos machine which is very inconvenient

This park was everything we expected. We loved the pool and the proximity to a lovely beach. The cabin was well equipped and everything in good working order. We appreciated the working aircon in our cabin and the fun selection of DVDs to loan. Staff at reception were always really friendly and helpful. The park had good communal facilities, we made use of one of the many bbqs and also the laundry. We had a lovely time and the park is perfect for a trip with kids. Be aware the park is about 10mins out of town, but we didn't find that to be a problem at all.

Our cabin was overdue a decent clean, there was a fair amount of dust on all surfaces and both fans. The shower grout and door frame was quite grimey and is in need of a good scrub. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach, nice big pool right at the front of our cabin, we had a really nice clean cabin and friendly staff. great place to stay will definitely be coming back in the near future

Spacious, very clean & comfortable, well equipped with everything you could need, lovely outlook over the dune vegetation through to the beach. Staff were very pleasant & efficient at check-in & check-out.

Great park a few minutes out of town. Next to the beach. Nice and clean cabin.

Amazing location. Beautiful walk to the beach, so close. So fun for the kids, plenty to do! Splash park and pool were the wins for us!!

Could use a small VACCUM in the cabins, the floors got quite sandy with the bare feet coming in and out, the broom and the pan/ shovel was a bit of a pain to keep pulling out. Maybe just a more thorough clean of the cabin too, was a bit dusty and dirty in places, kitchen had a lot of finger prints everywhere. But this is a small thing, does not detract from the fantastic time we had! We will be back for sure. And we will recommend for sure! Just a little critique.

Noise curfew at night was not adhered to as a large number of other park stayers decided to have a party gathering just opposite our cabin and played music till well after midnight.Our cabin had a number of small maintenance issues needing attention which were communicated with Reception upon leaving.

So much to do for the kids

Only downside is the spa was a bit dirty with tanbark and the jumping pillow out of order sadly.

very close to the beach, location is quiet, our cabin is facing the water park, not far from seahorse inn restaurant.

The only thing mightbe the checkout time is 10am which is a little too early, as we arrived late the night before. But it is the issue among all Australian hotels. In other countries checkout can be by noon.

Facilities for kids kept them busy and made us happy.

We were asked to keep the volume down at 10pm in a cabin which was a little out of our comfort. Also one of the kids in our group was racially profiled as chicken curry which was bad. Also the jumping pillow was not operational

Kids loved the pool and water park

Needing a little better communication regarding events planned that had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Location and beach were good. Common amenities were adequately provided. Truly disappointed with the contrast in the 2 cabins we had occupied. The cupboard door of one was broken . There was slight difference in the cost of the two cabins but vast difference in the furnishing and space between the 2.

The staff are very welcoming, the location was a 3minute walk to the beach from our cabin, a short easy drive into Eden for shopping and more beaches,cafes everywhere is delightful.

The lounge could have been more comfortable

Was a great place to visit with family. Waterpark and pool were fantastic and the cabin was very clean.

No restaurants in walking distance but this expected when choosing a caravan park outside of a city

Close proximity to a great beach. Kids splash park and swimming pool with slide are great. Refurbished cabins among the most luxurious we have stayed in

Jumping pillow was deflated

The cabin was great. It was new and clean. The park had great facilities.

The check in process was a bit confusing. I would have preferred to have the lock box code before the office closed but it may be my fault that due to traffic we arrived a lot later than anticipated. If you may not be arriving during office hours be sure to tell them.

Loved the layout of the cabins with the splash park view

Could have better block out blinds it was light in the room from very early in the morning

The location is great with a swimming pool playground, waterpark and beach nearby.

It’s not about property but the mobile network is severely limited and often inaccessible.

The beach was close by and very nice. The facilities were nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly as well.

I know that we visited during the peak time in the summer, but the price point was high.
