Good location to visit Eden and surrounding

Staff not well trained and not welcoming

very nice boutique hotel. 100 year old building recently renovated. enormous character and charm.

Dining room could have been more upscale to be more in line with the character of the hotel.

The room was excellent. All the renovations have been done to such a high standard. The staff were very friendly and professional. Very comfortable beds.

No where to hang clothes in roomDesign of room was interesting. No privacy as the toilet is situated in the middle of the room.Staff in bar and restaurant not motivated and generally stand around chatting. Food from restaurant was very average, wouldn’t rate!

The hotel is fantastic with great public areas including a well stocked bar and lovely restaurant. Rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds and ameneties. Onsite parking and location is right in town.

The attention to detail was a bit lacking, the staff were more interested in chatting to each other than engaging with guests. Menu items not available after a cruise ship had been in port! But no mention of this until we went to order. I get that the cruise ship revenue is very important to towns like Eden but to run out of Oysters and not proactively try and get more for your overnighting guests or at least say something when asked is we were booking in for dinner to me was a bit dissapointing.

Beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely bath and very comfortable bed.

No pizzas in the bistro on a Monday night. So menu s little limited. But accomodation fabulous.

If you’re not used to road noise then that ca be distracting - also bar below keeps going until 9.30 or so.

Gorgeous renovated hotel well appointed with historic charm and a luxurious feel.

The manager was "everywhere" (wearing many hats!) and a lot of the staff seemed new and inexperienced. But that didn't spoil our stay in any way.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Not sure why you have to order the night before when it's basically toast, fruit and yogurt. Got 1 slice of toast which feels a bit mean!

Hotel was exceptional, room was spacious, very comfortable bed, good sized en suite. Food, especially breakfast, was excellent- the first place we managed to eat healthily and beautifully presented at dinner and breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I asked for a shower chair with a back in it and didn’t receive a reply to my request and didn’t receive a shower chair.

This was a super fun hotel, full of atmosphere and history. The staff was super cool - very friendly and informative, and the food in the dining room was excellent. We would definitely plan to stay here again - this place is awesome!

Staff were available, prompt and keen to assist. Hotel and room are well decorated. Food at the hotel and room service were prompt and very good. Great wood fire pizza. Free off-street parking assigned to each room. Individual room and near silent aircon that worked well. Easy access to mains power points and USB charging ports. Bed was amazing. Loved the twin showers.

Most comfortable hotel bed for an excellent night sleep.

Lack of double glazing and a front facing room lead to an early wake up.

Room really small. Ordered breakfast on the room but nowhere to sit. Bathroom was super big.

Convenient location, nice bar facility

Service in dining room, not hygienic, ready to meal for over an hour. Remarkable open bathroom is shocking. Terrible internal communication among staff.
