Comfort in the Centre of Town Coast Motel Eden

The location is good very it is in heart of Eden very close to Coles

The shower head was leaking, the rest was good

Very easy check in/out process. Great location close to groceries, main shopping strip & food options. Quiet at night. Wifi great and all facilities in the room were perfect - especially the microwave! Would happily return.

Good location, convenient to have a food supermarket next door.

The bed's could do with an upgrade. Not so comfortable for our stay.

Worst hotel / motel room I have ever stayed in!!

The room was dirty, smelly, full of threatening signs (extra charges for not washing up, etc). On that basis, it was extremely overpriced.

Very close to amenities such Cole’s and fuel stations and beach.

I didn’t like how we were asked to clean up the dishes and there no sink in the kitchen area. You had to wash the dishes in the bathroom with a portable tub. However, if that’s the rules of living in the motel it’s fine.

Staff were very responsive and helpful

Right next door to Cole’s supermarket and overlooking carpark - however on requesting a quieter room we were immediately transferred without a fuss which improved the stay

Great location just next to Coles which was pretty handy. The room was quite spacious and nice designed. Good amount of space in bathroom to put your stuff.

The bed was quite small (it was double which is a bit short and narrow).The room was pretty dark in the evening without natural light - there are only bedside table lamps and very dimmed light in kitchenette. You have to wash the dishes which I really don't like as the people before you often don't do it properly (which was our case) so you have to wash them twice - before and after you use them.

Really clean, location is relatively good

Emailed in the afternoon giving lockbox instructions to get room key. Supermarket right next door was super convenient. Plenty of space in the room for solo traveler. Pleasant easy one night stay

Stay at room 10, I have to carry my bags a long way to reach the room. Not enough chairs in the room.

The mattress is not comfortable for me personally, is not good support to my back and wabblely if you sleep with someone on the bed. My partner was okay with the bed though.Restaurants on the street were all closed when we arrive around 6pm but google showed they were open, not sure what is going on but a bit disappointed could not get dinner nearby after a long day drive.

The room was clean and spacious. Had a king sized bed and was so comfy! Would stay again for sure!

Kitchenette area was a bit small. Shower took a while to heat and the pressure wasn't very strong.

Basic rooms but clean & convenient for a short stay. Good value

Loved the attention to detail, the little things included in the room. The kitten utensils, coloured bowls and plates supplied. The little coloured soap plate and bathroom bowl, makeup cloth, - one extra soap for the shower would be appreciated. We also Loved the power point with usb connector.

I felt the beds were a little hard, maybe an extra soft mattress cover .

It's next to Coles Supermarket and in proximity to the markets and restaurants

The lights in the room are dim.

It was in a good location regarding all the amenities in the town and close to the beach

The carpet floor was filthy with a lot of stains and marks ingrained in it. No sink so had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. Several cockroaches in the room and we were kept awake each night by rats/mice crawling around in the ceiling. Lighting in the room could be improved.

It’s central, easy to find and has all the facilities you would expect. The fridge was defrosted (unlike the night before elsewhere!) and the bathroom was up to date and well-appointed. USB outlets are provided, which helps when you’re on the road. We would happily return.

The beds were okay but not great, and could do with replacing at some stage. Nothing else worth noting.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, great place for staying.
