Proximity to my final destination

On a very very noisy street, the truck traffic all night was not helpful for sleep! Tea and coffee, good, but no milk seemed mean given the price of the room. Bathroom was small, toiletries v basic Check in times were hugely restrictive.

Walking distance to nearby cafe and local shops as well as a brewery and art gallery. The property backs on to Pamboola Wetlands which has a lovely walking path all the way round with plenty of wildlife. Fresh towels daily and bed linens are nice. Bathroom and kitchen clean and include all the bits and pieces you need if you are going to prepare a simple meal there. Remember to pack some ear plugs since it's located on the main road and that works a treat.

The head of the bed was lower than the feet so we had to put the spare pillows (all the pillows were too fat and uncomfortable) under the head of the mattress to prop it up a bit. I ended up using a smaller decorative cushion to save my neck. The room has a bit of a damp smell with an overlay of carpet deodoriser...

Very friendly and helpful staff, table on outside terrace and grassy area. Willing to accommodate late checkout (which we didn’t need after all).Parking directly in front of room. About 1 mile from Pambula Beach which is lovely and has guarded swim zone.

The TV was rather small.

I could hardly sleep, the place is right on a busy road, I was up every day at 5am.The room is clean enough, bed is comfy, wifi good. Lockbox check-in and check out is very convenient.

I came up for a funeral so it was a bed.

I never seen anyone I had a question and the time frame on the door and the line to reception in there office hours was never answered. Not even cleaners.

It was easy to find and it was clean.

It was noisy, poorly lit especially in the day time, there was no hot water at the hand basin in the bathroom and it took nearly an hour to figure out how to get the split system to work and then heat up, my husband had to stand on the bench to turn it on, not very helpful in winter.

Conveniently situated on the Princes Highway close to the centre of Pambula. Plenty of parking and circulation space.

Somewhat dated. Some traffic noise in the night but not too bad. It is disappointing to arrive at a Motel at 5pm and find nobody to welcome you; just instructions by text message and an impersonal keybox (which proved difficult to use).

Easy to check in after hours. I didn't have to communicate with staff. I got given a pin and instructions to fetch the key from a small locker box and simply went to my room. Everything was as described.Well equipped for a simple stay.

It was very central for our needs..room was small but adequate..good air con...no staff sighted at any time..The shower rose needed attention and I eventually s/w someone who came and replaced same

The bed was not good at all needs new mattress

Surprisingly quiet, being on the Princes Highway. Room quite warm, and well laid out. Close to the centre of town. Pub at top of hill good for dinner.

No staff seen to comment on ! I got there at 7pm and reception had closed. Key pickup process was convoluted, but I got there. No one there in the morning either. Not actually a problem, but strange. I presume they have their reasons.

Bed was way too hard for me. Impersonal check system.

Very easy to deal with. They have a lock box system and email you instructions before your arrival. No need to bother anyone just get the key and go to your room. Coffee and milk and I love those 2 biscuits just when you need them.

The manager. We didn't have a mobile to ring the unattended reception, so we couldn't have a swim in the indoor pool,which is why I booked there. It was unfortunate that my mobile was not in my possession and my husbands mobile was for some reason not allowing calls out.

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and not having an onsite receptionist didn't cause any difficulties.

There was a small amount of traffic noise as the motel is located on the highway.

Shower location nice n quiet comfortable

No humans at receptions. We left alcohol in our room we were not contacted to arrange pickup if we wanted to. Did not get pin number until we contacted motel direct then via Booking.com. Price for 1 night stay was bit high we thought.
