Riverside Cabin Park

Close to shopping centre

Place was dirty.Mold in shower, grime on blinds. Floors filthy, took of shoes on arrival and feet were black.No clean towels offered even though stayed for a week.Pool was dirty, tiles slippery due to scum.

Location was great near the river and facilities/ shopping

Was very dated. Gas had to be started with a firefighter, damaged light switch peeling of wall. Floor was not clean.

No egg flip for bacon and eggs in the morning.

Clean, quiet, aircon kept it cool in summer

The pool

It was somewhat clean I had to kill a red back on the floor just beside the couch and having 4 very young children made me a bit concerned. Also the tv remote is not work properly it was all taped up and falling apart. When we pulled the curtains over you can see all the dirt and there was even blood all over them.

It was everything we needed .. for its price..Close to food and fuel and easy access.

The pool very slippery when entering and I feel and hit my back on the lip Would advise some form of railing Overly soft pillows

Had everything needed in the cabin.

Beds basic mattress and small bedroom to get around.

Well appointed cabin. Large dining table and comfy modular lounge.Comfy beds and close to Kialla shopping centre. Staff turned cold air con on for us on arrival so it was nice and cool after a hot day travelling ,quite thoughtful .

Nothing not to like

Good location, price and facilities. Great staff, very helpful. Some issues with the fridge upon arrival, but was sorted quickly by staff. Extended our stay for an extra Day/night.

Really liked how close it was to everything and such a quiet area too.Pool and pool area was nice always clean and tidy

Don’t recommend for busy young kids as there isn’t much for them to do.Floors definitely need to be mopped Other than these two things the stay was great and I recommend

The pool facilities were great, the cabins were mostly well kept

The beds were quite uncomfortable, and even though our cabin was located at the back of the park, we could still hear significant road noise — it didn’t feel like there was any insulation. The furniture was very dated, and the shower head was leaking and coming loose.

It was conveniently located .It was very reasonably priced The pool was awesome

The bathrooms are very small, if you are a larger person they could be challenging.The air con is poorly placed, they did not reach the bedrooms. It needs a fan in the lounge room to help circulate the air so it's not so stuffy

Clean park, great for the kids to ride their bikes as it’s concrete paths.

Cabin 20 located next to the laundry and the outdoor lights remained on all night, this causes the kids room to be lit up all night. It was like sleeping with the lights on. Bins located right outside our cabin and on arrival they were obviously full and we had the worst smell to the entry of our cabin. It was really strong. So perhaps move the bins to a different area. The location is right in front of a Harvey Norman store, it was just an odd spot to put this park. The park itself is nice and quiet but the location is right on the main road and we could hear cars hooning up the street frequently through the night. Just something to consider if you have kids.

Location was good close to shopping Plaza and walking tracks, cabin was comfortable and clean, bed was firm but not too bad.

The swimming pool area needs a lot of attention, most of the chairs are broken and dangerous, l went to sit on one and the whole leg is split it would have collapsed. The shade cloth is not there as in the pictures, so very hot and also needs at least one hand rail to get into the pool for people with mobility issues.

Cabin was spacious, very clean and location is great.

Staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out. We will stay again when in the area.

Floor was really filthy

Nice, clean cabins with all you need for a comfortable stay.

Pool gates weren't self latching or closing. We had young kids and were concerned about the drowning risk.

It was a convenient location close to where I needed to be and it was comfortable enough for our short stay

The towel rack was broken in the bathroom which meant we arrived to see our hand towel and bath mat in a pile on the floor
