Sherbourne Terrace Hotel

The hotel was very clean and spacious, dined in for breakfast and also dinner. Staff were very pleasant.Would definately stay again.

The room size was good

I stayed in your room recently, but unfortunately my experience was not good. The bedsheets in the room were very old and dirty, and there were small hairs on them. It did not feel clean at all.There were also hairs on the bathroom floor. In the morning, while I was checking out, a man on the upper floor was letting water flow down, and all the water was coming downstairs. I slipped because of the water, and he did not even bother to stop it.This was very disappointing and unsafe. I hope you take this matter seriously and improve the cleanliness and safety for future guests.

Size of room, hanging space, location.Salmon in the bistro was spot on. The sauce wasn't great though.

One of the walls was really grotty. awkward space with kettle toaster, fridge was no where near up to speed. Ice packs defrosted in the freezer compartment and generally the fridge wasn't cold enough. Swimming pool is way too small. Fishermans Basket in the bistro was terrible. Wine was overpriced.

No hot water so cold showers next morning before departing! Bloody terrible when you pay $200 a night for a bed n cold shower

Location. Like the fact there is a pub attached.

The fact that you have installed the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. That is fine but the fact you only give one face washer to use the dispensers is ridiculous.

There were carpet beetles on the pillow of my bed when arriving, after telling the reception about the bugs - I was offered a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The maintenance worker came to look at the bugs he didn't seem surprised about it and shrugged it off (seems like a regular occurrence) , I wasn't able to change rooms due to the motel fully booked out which I understand but I had to ask for new/clean sheets.Found the beetles multiple times during my stay- not just on the bed sheets but on the bathroom towels when unfolding them.

Quiet, good location

Room is a bit dated and tired, the door doesn't lock from the inside, only with a door chain

It is accessible, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient. Noise is minimal.

We are happy staying here. WE had done it before and will do it again.

Great location. Spacious double room with a couch area. Parking onsite. All conveniences needed in a room were there.

The door had a gap between the floor and door so made it a little noisy.

The Sherborne Terrace Hotel is perfectly situated in close proximity to the main shopping centre, cafes and restaurants.Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet……We enjoyed walking to the shops and the playground and lake area.Having a restaurant next door to the hotel was convenient for breakfast.

Nothing we did not like apart from our room not having a lot of natural light in the main room.

The location was very good, only a 20 minute walk to the showgrounds which is where we were going.

There was no kitchen in the room. The fridge freezer didn’t work properly

Clean Room & Proximity to Bowling Alley

Indian / Sri Lankan visitors very loud and had no compassion for other visitors
