Peppermill Inn Motel

found the staff very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Great stay

Lovely staff. Very clean. Bistro accessible. Would stay again . Beds very comfortable ?

No complaints

Pool, and whole set up of bar and restaurant.

Cleaning standard of the pool and some spider web in the bathroom but not a big deal though.

The location is good and walk across the driveway to the bistro. Thats really about it.

Even though this place has brick walls, you can hear everything in the rooms next door. Because I requested a room on the ground floor as I have a dicky knee, the gave me the full on handycap room. This had a full on handycap bathroom that flooded when you have a shower. The bed was very average.

Check in was rushed and very rehearsed. Liked the idea of the restaurant being in the same location as the room.

The room looked like it had a big leak and mould was previously only roof. It has been painted over but the nails were protruding from the roof. The toilet roll holder was wonky and felt like it was going to fall off. The door to the bathroom had water damage and you could see it splitting. Air conditioner was noisy and so were the people walking back and forward to their rooms.

Clean and comfortable

Advised water going off at 6:30am for 3 hours…..wtf?

Very good

The Tv was broken. Replacement wasn't offered or a room change even though there were rooms available.

Great staff, friendly and accommodating.

Ideally if the pool had solar heating would have made more use.

Good beds and clean rooms

Room 24 aircon very noisy

Basic room with all you need for a short overnight stay.

Our room smelt of cigarettes.

Venue and facilities looked great, but time didn't allow us to enjoy all of them. Convenient to our travel arrangements, late check on accommodated well!

Not so much a dislike, more a case of the room was showing signs of its age in certain areas, eg there was a spa in the bathroom, but it wasn't available to use...

It was a nice place to stay and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was relatively clean. Did like the convenience of the bistro being on the property to eat. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Shout out to Craig for his help and knowledge of the area.

The room was a little dusty. The fan didn't work in the bathroom and this made the whole room hot as there was no ventilation. It was a bit loud from the pub/bistro until after 12.30am. We did find the food at the bistro somewhat unpleasant. The spaghetti bolognese tasted really sweet like sugar and the pizza base was uncooked in the middle and there were too much topping. We also found the bar man very rude and unhelpful.

The rooms were specious and comfortable with some cooking facilities. The WiFi was fine and the bed was good. The TV was small although we didn't use it.

Very comfortable room with spacious bathroom.

The grout in the floor tiles in the bathroom was very grimey and looked dirty. Everything else in the room appeared fresh and clean

Room was good and shower excellent. Was very convenient having a bistro en site

For me the bed and pillow were too hard

restaurant

power in room for TV is dead, all 3 rooms

Leah, Tash and staff were exceptional, they went over and above with their hospitality which was very much appreciated ?????The venue was impeccable, Bistro was A1.We will certainly book again. ✔️

Location to purposes of why we traveled to Shepparton. Close to shops. The pool and bistro and bar were all good.

The spa in the room not being operational

Restaurant onsite, size of the room, quieter than expected, effective air conditioning.

Bathroom tired - grouting needs cleaning or regrouting.

Excellent service, from super friendly staff ? Great location, price and facilities. Having Guinness on tap in the onsite hotel made it even better ?
