We stayed here around four months ago, and our impressions remain the same.No dish cloth, tea towel, or detergent to clean dishes after useIt appears rather tired and many small things need doing to tidy it up. Tall Weeds growing up between the path slabs is not a good lookThe door security latch is still broken in the same room we had last stayed inSeveral curtain hooks are still missing, which is not a good look with curtain sagging..l don't think the room was fully vacuumed as there was grass on the carpet inside near the sliding door, and two bottle caps were under the bench near the TV.Children's fingerprints were on the sliding door glass, and the sliding door lock was brokenOnly minor things, but it does leave an impression of neglect in what is actually a. nicely appointed motel.

We were upgraded which was nice to a spa room. Then fell apart from there

The venue didn't have a proper plug for the spa. Did seal the whole hole which if you were to knock it you would let some water out. And the spa was either turned off externally or it just didn't work.When we drove in I thought the venue had closed down as the branding was faded and grounds overgrown and there is no breakfast even though they advertised it in their guest info book...False advertising...the pictures don't look like the actual venue.Very sad after driving 11 hrs to be greeted by the facilities that you can't use the general hot tub (jacuzzi) wasn't heated (all hot tips are hot) Nearly drove past it ....falsely advertised venue...I highly doubt the 8.7 score stands today possibly 10 years ago but not today

We are happy to give this Paradise Motel a positive review, very clean, well appointed and the in-house amenities (Coffee/Tea, facilities and the Bathroom amenities.) were excellent particularly for the price. We Loved our stay.

The availability at short notice, the value for money, it was quiet, and the size of the room, which was big. The parking was very easy, right outside the door.

It might be a bit dated, not really a big issue for me. It's like quite a few motels. They could start calling it retro.

The spa bath was actually decent and working. The size of the room was good.

The room was old and smelled a bit stale. The floor wasn't clean. The drapes were falling off the rails. The whole place felt like it was falling down. The single bed was literally broken. The staff were not friendly or inviting and I honestly didn't feel safe overnight.

Room was clean, staff provided assistance to get the aircon going. Spacious car parking.

Grounds have not been maintained, no lawn or gardens. Had to walk through long, dead grass to the swimming pool. Pool looked to have algae present, not game to use.

The outdoor Spa was green Terrible the pool was slightly green but would not swim , good chance you would become sick from the water . Extremely disappointed with this. Would never stay there again.
